Lexus insurance is horrendous!!!!
Lexus insurance is expensive and a nightmare. I was involved in a small accident that took 4 weeks to repair, cost in excess of 5k and offered me a Corsa whilst my RX was being repaired. I can't wait to move away. I thought paying a premium meant you received great service. Oh no....I would recommend avoiding them more than the plague. Fortunately Lexus Chester were amazing and tried so hard to cover the issues created by Lookers ( the Lexus chosen repair centre)
