Absolutely appalling. I'm still waiting for my order which I paid for almost 3 weeks ago. I phone & get a message with the day's date (I assume this is to let people know that they are picking up the messages) however NO-ONE has replied over 5 days of phoning. I have emailed & guess what - NO-ONE has replied. I have still not received my goods and cannot get any answers. The worst customer service ever. Do NOT use this company
Even though I telephoned before I ordered online and they assured me the item was in stock and would be despatched on next day delivery it wasn't. I phoned twice and left messages but no one replied. I wouldn't use them again.
