I ordered a swim suit and underwear, and they were both to small. The material was itchy and uncomfortable. Customer service is horrible and I have to pay for shipping to return it, and they stated that it could take up to. 2 months for them to receive the item. They offered me a 20% coupon towards my next purchase! I will not be buying anything from that website! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The faja is great. Just the the shipping process is not all that good.

The site was easy to navigate and the picture of the product was very clear. I’m anxious to get my order and try it out!

My package didn’t get sent out until a month after I ordered and only got sent as I emailed the company, quality is soo cheap and nothing like in the picture online, very disappointed and do not recommend purchasing from this site

I came upon this site in searching for a shape wear for everyday use. Such as a 3/4 full body (capri length) so that everything is held together. So I can't wait for my product to come in.

The fajas fit great they definitely do what they say they do.

Worse experience when buying something. I am glad I wasn’t waiting for it for special occasion, but at this point I will file a claim with my bank. Ordered on 3/9 and I haven’t received anything yet. The tracking information is horrible, you can’t really track anything. I don’t have hopes anymore that I will get my item. Unfortunately, I didn’t check the reviews before placing the order, which is something I typically do.

This has to be the worst website ever

I ordered 2 fajas on 3/8/2025 and it's now 3/24/25 still have not received any information on shipping. I literally emailed them 4 times with no response. I wish I would have came across all these bad reviews before purchasing from them. Horrible experience and will NEVER EVER order from the again

Placed order going on 3 weeks ago for one piece leopard jumpsuit. website advertising item in stock processing 2-3 days and to this day I never received shipping confirmation or item. Item is not in stock or even on their website anymore. Emailed company 4 times asking for refund and the refuse to acknowledge refund they keep telling me to wait and now sends me 2 pictures of items they want me to choose instead of giving me my refund. At this point I'm ready to report as scam. They falsely advertise and are clearly China based.

Ease of use and convenience

Your website was eye-catching and interesting. The body shaper I ordered was exactly what I was looking for. I would have liked a sizing chart. If there was one, I couldn't find it.

I bought four fajas from this company and they send it to the wrong address and I keep sending emails asking for help about this matter it’s been 20 days and still no answer and no refund this is horrible I will never ever purchase anything from here again very disappointed

My shopping and check out experience was quick and efficient. I also liked the multiple ways there was options to pay !! I’m excited to get my items and try them out

Very low quality of material NOT WORTH BUYING AT ALL!!!

This is the worst company! DO NOT BUY from them! They are a complete scam. I bought a jumpsuit, when it came the clasp was broken, then I realized they sent the wrong one. Contacted customer service and they told me they upgraded my purchase at warehouse and it’s correct. 1st, not upgraded cost the same as other jumpsuit, 2nd never got my consent to change order, 3rd it’s defective due to broken clasp. Told them I wanted correct jumpsuit or refund me. Then responded to keep it but give me 25% off next order. I said no, I want refund and to send shipping label and they are still playing games, no refund. Over two weeks going back and forth now. Will never buy from here again!
