Love the product just takes forever to come

I love the website how easy it is to order and see the quality of the product. I also love the fact that it was my first time purchasing and I got a great deal on 2 different products. I’m exited to get my order , can’t wait .

It’s been 5 days since I placed my order and they still haven’t shipped it.

The bra I bought doesn’t fit me … the bras moves around a lot and it super uncomfortable.

ALERT DO NOT buy from this company.
Their return policy is a joke.
I purchased jeans, it is too small, they offered me 10% refund due to shipping and custom expenses.
They insisted I should keep the small size and will give me 30% discount for future purchases. I can’t use small jeans and do not want to buy more items from this scam company.

Do not order from them! They are a scam site. I purchased from them January 21st and they still have not shipped my package! I had to dispute it with my bank today. They kept saying the jumpsuit I ordered is still in production and they’ll let me know when it’s done being made. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS

I purchase a faja and it came on time and it was good ,know I order a second one it's been 20 days I still haven't received it and I emailed them so many time and still nothing no answer at all

Ok so my 1st review was REALLY bad because i paid for 3 shapewear from ChicCurve in pink.They waited until i reached out to them for my items because i noticed there was no legit shipping info. They tell me they did not even HAVE one of my MAIN items in the pink color i ordered it in (which was the only reason i even bought these items to begin with so i was VERY disappointed, especially to know they never had it in stock when i ordered it in their site. It was still listed as available to buy) Was told if i pick another color (plain tan that i have a million shapewear in) then they'd ship right away! I agreed so i could just get my items already. But It still took time to be shipped out so l not happy with their shipping. Id say the main issues with this company is sticking by their shipping time which they didn't & more importantly HAVE THE ITEMS IN THE COLORS people pay for IN STOCK or atleast list them as "OUT OF STOCK"on your site so it doesn't say it's avaricious to keep buying & not know you don't even have it to sell. That's VERY wrong to do to consumers. I wouldn't had bought it had i known you didn't even have it in stock. I was buying it ONLY for that specific color. So i would've like to know while i shopping your site for it that i could not order it because you were sold out, then i would've just come back & kept checking for that item to say it's in stock instead of you letting me still order & pay for it thinking it's coming & to find out you never had it in stock to sell me. Definitely NOT a good look on ChicCurve. I did receive all 3 finally. The color on the other 2 are as beautiful as they look online. The 3rd item (in tan) is as expected, it's plain tan. Unfortunately they're too small to wear & they're too expensive to send back to them to get exchanged for a bigger size. So they said instead of sending it back, they'd give me a discount code for 20% off. The problems with that is I want the item I've been looking for in pink & they still don't have it. So I'm waiting for this one item in the specific color to be in stock so maybe then i can use the discount code & finally get it in my size to wear. I'd love to give a better review but so far i don't have shapewear from ChicCurve that i can actually wear to review for you guys. All i can say is their pink is a beautiful color & IS true to the pictures 100%. They all run SMALL. But make sure you contact them & ask 1st before buying, if they have it in stock to even sell you because they'll still sell it to you & not tell you until after you pay for it. And size UP like 2 sizes or you'll NEVER fit in any of the shapewear. As soon as i can get the shapewear in my size, I'll change my review. I just need something from them to wear.

This CHINESE company is a scam. The website shows Colombian body shapes but they are made in China, of very poor quality. They say that you can return the purchase within 30 days and that is false. The shape wear that I ordered did NOT fit me and I tried to return it and they told me that it is not possible because it is very expensive because it is a Chinese address. Stores like this should be closed
False advertising.

I think the clothing part of the website could be a little better organized it was a little hard to search for the dress

Okay I’m giving it a one star for several reasons let me start by saying this company is known for selling Fajas, but I also know they are also advertising the leopard jumpsuit which looks like Collab with SKIMS and dolce Gabbana. I believe the one they selling is non-branded. I looked into the company. Especially this app to see if it’s trustable to me it was 50-50 so I decided to purchase the jumpsuit. It’s been seven days and no update. so I decided to go deeper into the company because in their website, the jumpsuits have reviews. I screenshot the models who supposedly wrote the reviews and googled it. Instagram popped up with the models. #DolceGabbana jumpsuit and nothing with the company I immediately know it was a fake review that they were posting regarding the jumpsuit. I did get in contact with them on Instagram. They got back to me a couple hours later, but did not give me the answer that I was looking for. But one of the questions I did ask where are the items shipping from? They told me Asia and United States depending their stocks. And to trust them.  I replied regarding my order and I’m still waiting on that. Once I receive any information or if I even receive an order, I will definitely come back to this review. But for now is feeling a little suspicious at least with the jumpsuit. I never order Faja from there so that’s probably different. I don’t know.  to be continued. So it’s been a month now. Since I’ve ordered. And I have yet to receive anything. I contact Paypal to try to get my refund. Don’t trust this company! 

The process was very simple and user friendly. Checkout out was hassle free and follow up emails about my order were immediate. I am excited to get my merchandise I have been looking for that style for some time now. I hope the shipping process is just as seamless as the purchasing was.

I ordered shape wear from this company and never received my order. The package was returned back to the warehouse as my tracking number stated. (The address is the correct address therefore I am not sure why the package wasn’t delivered) However, in an attempt to correct the issue. I reached out to customer support for assistance and was told nothing could be done despite me having the tracking number showing the package being returned back to the warehouse. I asked if the package can be resent or refunded. I was told nothing, absolutely nothing could be done. I even suggested paying for shipping and was told again nothing can be done. Ultimately, I ended up without a product or a refund. I am highly disappointed.

This product is complete opposite of what they advertise on the website.
The customer service team is a disaster to deal with. I order shapeware for the holidays but I couldn’t ware them at all.

The sizes are not as it shows on the website chart. I asked the customer service representative to give me an idea of a size equivalent to a size that is posted on the chart, surprisingly they didn’t have any idea themselves.
Dealing with the problem and customer service is an huge nightmare and they won’t offer you a refund despite what they say on their website.

I love the fact I can keep track of my packages this is the 2nd time I order and I love your material been wanting this type of clothes for a while now
