We got off at a bumpy start though they are still dealing with this matter it looks promising and they respond quick to emails which makes it easy to solve yhis matter and keepingme updated.

I like the price of things here It's suitable for everyone, the only problem was that they withdrew money from my account without permission. They are currently working on it and apologized for such a mistake, great work and quick turnaround

The response feedback was fast when i send mail to required why i get everyday mail from the company and did not know to be a member there is a fee daily charge which was deducted from 05.10.2025 until today which i can not afford such fee daily, I'm from South Africa and did not know of such info

I had an issue with an unauthorized charge, but the escalation team handled my case quickly and agreed to issue a refund. Communication was polite and professional.

Big scamming scheme. Take money every 14 days from my banking account. I bought nothing from them and did not sign up for anything. Big problem to find these peoplevand get my money back.

The product are great in general but after on transaction I notice money being withdrawer from my account with my knowledge so I contacted their customer service and the problem is being handled appropriately

Scamming website, which subscribes you to two-weekly payments after purchasing a discounted item.
They then have prompt replies when questioning these transactions and promise to refund the amounts (from so called escalation team). They then ask you to review on trustpilot (implying that in order to receive your money, you must leave a review on trustpilot).

I haven't experienced it yet but I am sure that it has great opportunities for their customers!
