DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Items are not as described or pictured and despite numerous attempts to contact them to make a return, my messages have been completely ignored!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Only giving one star because I cannot give none!!
Do not use this company they are scammers! Items that you receive look NOTHING like that is on the website. They do not reply to return requests either!! Nothing but scammers

I ordered a product from Chicca London, which did not match the advertised description. Though advertised with a 100% refund policy, this refund was conditional upon returning the item to China.

Despite paying the correct shipping costs, the returned package ended up back in the UK. Chicca then refused a full refund, offering only partial credit—effectively profiting from the return. This feels intentionally deceptive and constitutes a scam.

Ordered a "beautiful" long dress, with long sleeves and a high neck for my daughters communion, £90 (100euro)
When it arrived about two weeks later, it was a mini dress, short sleeves and a V neck. I was very upset but as it was so comical my nearest and dearest got great laughs. I set about the returns process with numerous emails to "Aria" (who I think is the resident AI in the sky) or "Olivia" who offered me 20% and another dress, when I refused "30%" but I wanted my refund, as had been advertised.
I was within their "14 day" nonsense, I followed all the criteria and tracked the package to China at a cost of euro23.50 for return..roll on three months and low and behold, the package has been returned as the package was "refused" and "unclaimed".
Tried to send another email to my good friends Aria/Olivia (maybe Olivia is human??) but the email has bounced.
So there you go.
Communion long over, I still have the ball of crap sent and am down euro123.50 and the only consolation is the laughs that my friends and family got... No word from Chicca.
I feel like a very stupid Chicca now.

If they ever give me money back, I will update this...but I don't even know why I'm holding out hope. I've been at this now since March (2025) and it's now June.

I bought for the second time from Chicca London and I’m just as impressed! The quality, fit, and style are always spot on. Fast delivery and great customer service too — definitely one of my go-to fashion brands now!

This company is fraudulent - never buy from them.
The products are made in China and they are such bad quality and never even resemble the advertised item.
My dress I bought took ages to arrive and then it was a completely different product, different colour and very poor quality. I have been told that I have to return it to China, which will cost me from £15 to £25 and then there is no guarantee of getting my money back. It is a scam. Why can't something be done by our government to outlaw these fraudulent scams being advertised on Facebook, Instagram etc...? Please someone do something - I have been reading so many other reviews that are almost identical. They claim to be a London based company but they are not, they are based in China!

I ordered a mens Gilet size XXL. When it finally arrived, from China not London, it was too small. No size label on it at all probab;y a mens medium. They have offered to send a replacement of the correct size but I have to pay another delivery cost.
I pointed out the UK sales of goods act and told them I wanted replacement sent with no addition costs to me.
Surprise surprise, no email contact after that.

Absolutely dreadful company! Do not use! Dress looked nothing like what was advertised! Measurements are 2 sizes too small. Took 6 weeks to deliver! And you have to return to China, within 2 weeks to get a refund, impossible! AVOID!

After repeatedly asking this company, who are not UK based but sell products made in China at inflated prices, for my money back (and no refund or product has materialised!), I have now reported them to UK authority as a fraudulent company.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes following a link from a facebook ad. No acknowledgement of the order and no shoes a week later. Can't find any record of my order on their website either. AVOID AVOID AVOID

This company looks like they are based in the UK but the long pink dress I bought, as advertised through Instagram, was sent from China and it was not the dress advertised. They have not responded to my request for refund. Please do not get caught out, do not purchase from this website.

Do not buy from this company!! Like the other reviews, they are not a London company as they claim..their products are terrible, cheaply made Chinese products, at inflated prices as they claim to be London based. I purchased boots and found out their scam before the boots arrived. No refund to date and limited contact surprise, surprise!

They purport to be London based, however the clothes come from China.
I ordered a long pink dress, seen on Instagram and at nearly £70 wasn't cheap.
The fabric was itchy and scratchy. The fabric was see through.
When I requested their "hassle free" return policy I was informed that I needed to provide photographs as they had sold over 5500 of these dresses with hardly any complaints. I highly doubt it.
I replied stating that they offer a return policy and I would not be providing photos.
My reply was that I needed to send the item back to china. At a cost of £16 to £20.
Or as a "courtesy" they will allow me to keep the dress and give me 20 per cent refund.
It's shocking.
It's a scam.
It's disgusting and disgraceful.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE A SCAM I wish I had read these reviews before buying from this company, which I understood from their website and branding to be London based. However, I have discovered since ordering that they are not, they are shipping from China, with the delivery times you would expect from overseas, and if you need to return, you have to ship it at your own expense back to China! Absolute scam company and I feel stupid that I fell for their website and advertising on Instagram.

It is NOT uk based as name suggests. Saw store advertised on Instagram, I ordered 2 dresses in October in L/XL (I’m a Uk 12) and both were tiny.

Returning has been an absolute nightmare, I had to pay £30 for return to
China and still have not received my refund! I doubt I ever will.

BEWARE of this scam website!

I ordered what looked like a beautiful pink dress for weddings etc. When it finally arrived it was not of the quality depicted. The dress has a gold flower running through it and this thread was so itchy when I tried on the dress one would never be able to wear it- it would be so uncomfortable- it was also too small.
I emailed Chicca Lonodn who told me that I could either accept a 20% refund or return the item to CHINA ( despite their having a London address they stated in the email that all returns have to be made at the buyers cost to China ).
I would NEVER have ordered from them if I knew returns would need to go to China- this is so cost prohibitive.
We have exchanged emails back and forth and Chicca Lonodn have not changed their stance at all- I am left with an unwearble dress and a potential 20% refund.
