Waste of money. It took almost a month to receive the package and the jacket looked nothing like the picture. The material is poor quality, the color is not as subtle as the picture and it runs very small. I requested a return and Chicindress told me to “give it to someone else as a gift or donate it.” I requested the return and refund again and this is their response: “dear customer
We can return the goods , but international logistics fees have increased and it will take a long time. If the express is lost midway, we have not received it and will not refund the money

The stylish jacket in the ad did not look like the jacket I received. The fabric was cheap and the jacket was poorly made. I was very disappointed. You can find better quality clothes at the local WalMart. The jacket was $42 but was worth about $10. Returns would have been close to what I paid for the item. The item ships from China. Do not waste your money as I did.

The products on this website are not as advertised. Cheap materials, poorly made, not nearly worth what is charged. If you are unhappy with an item after receiving you may return, but I was offered only a $4.00 gift card on a $50.00 purchase as they said I am responsible for return shipping. $45.00 return shipping!? Stay away from this site. Old Navy sells better clothing for much, much less.
