The exchange of funds went well, but when I selected the etransfer method of payment, no password was issued to me and it was quite difficult to get in touch with a representative to advise me of the password to deposit the funds into my account.

I usually dont leave reviews but I really never had to go elsewhere for years and I am pretty grateful for them being there. Again, never had an issue at all with them. Would recommend to my own mother.

I made an order for USDC and they sent me USDT which i cant use.
then the arrogant team member had the audacity to tell me
"In the order it was USDT only. USDT-TRC20. Luckily the order wasn't sent automatically and was pending so we were able to change it to USDT-ERC20 as per your text.
Now that it is sent, we cannot reverse or change it.
Please be very careful in placing orders and selecting crypto, chain and the address. Most orders are sent automatically and we don't even get a chance to intervene. As soon as the payment reflects, order gets executed within seconds."
Blatant lies.
This guys name was Kishan P, and I normally get screwed by a guy named Mario.
