I ordered these for my wife because her feet are swollen from diabetes. They were advertised as wide. They are NOT wide at all, in fact, I would call them narrow! They don't come close to fitting! I ordered them from their website. They took my money and never sent any confirmation at all. When I tried to contact them, they never responded. The shoes did actually arrive, which surprised me, but they are a waste of money since they don't fit her. I have no way of making a claim and they won't respond to me, so I guess I am just out $69.98. I don't even have an email telling exactly what I paid for them! I know it from the credit card charge that they took.

Shoes are cheap and not what they advertise at all. Shoes said they were Velcro and are just cheap plastic with no Velcro whatsoever. Even melted in the sun. False advertising. offer 100% guarantee and free shipping. Only offering 30% refund. Shoes are garbage.

Fraudulent Return policy
This is a Chinese company. The shoes did not fit. Velcro wrap too short. When I finally got them to respond they offered only a 30% refund as they said 70% was what it would cost me for return shipping to China! Thank goodness for PayPal who refunded everything when I complained.
