Awful greed. Stay away.

Received notification that my rent would increase by $100 per week as soon as my initial lease was over. I'm the perfect tenant, paying on time, keeping the place is perfect condition, responsive to inspections. When asked how Chidiac can do something so unethical, they said to me "we aren't doing anything unethical."

These people do not know what ethics are. This quote says everything you need to know about this mob. Stay away. Find an alternative.

I look forward to seeing them justify this at NCAT and further. During a housing crisis, no less. Unconscionable. Monstrous. Simply put, bad faith greedy people.
