Excellent professional service, from beginning to end.
From the moment I was greated coming through the doors to the installation I received exceptional service. My sales person took time to listen and meet my needs and my installers showed up on time, clean and professional. I am over the moon with my new floors. Great value was an added bonus.

Meticulous work given for the perfect facelift my house needed!
From paint, tile, trim and grout, colour selections were easy with their expertise in pallets to tie everything together beautifully. We fell in love with our house again, and the end result looks incredible!

excellent work by knowledable installers
I was very pleased with the quality of the workmanship by the installers. They treated my belongings with respect and carefully moved them and replaced them after the job was done. The hardwood installation was first class with great attention to detail. Final clean up was very professional.

Proffessional,polite and conciderate.
My first meeting with the sales person, Drew was pleasant and my choices considered and met. He was accommodating to my time restraints and kept me informed on every step.
When the installer, Stacy arrived at my home he explained the process so I understood. He worked quickly to minimize the impact on my life. I was very impressed with his consideration of my needs and focus on completion of his task. the end result is wonderful. I am very pleased.
All the people I encountered at the show room were very helpful and I will not hesitate to refer anyone looking for new flooring to Chilliwack Carpet One.
