Regret buying these
Regret buying these. Really hard to open. When you have hot drinks in it the drinking hole is really small and just uncomfortable and you always end up getting steam or drips of fluid on your face from the smaller hole at the other side. Just spent a load of money on two cups - just not worth it.

Very happy with Navy Chilly's bottle, purchased as gift. Enjoyed the bonus of being able to customise it when you purchased online, and that retail price seems substantially cheaper (by at least €10) by ordering online rather than purchasing in store.

Clearer labelling in the basket would be helpful…
The ability to choose different combinations of colours is nice but once in the basket it doesn't say what colours you have chosen. As I changed my mind a couple of times I forgot what I put in the basket and ended up with the wrong combinations. I should have emptied the basket and started again but was short on time. If the basket showed that info it would be eaiser and quicker. Also I had noticed somewhere on the site that all bottles come with a bag but that wasn't the case which was a shame.

Where is my cup?
I ordered a cup for my partner as a gift for his paternity leave (he got three weeks). I ordered the day I left hospital and was out for delivery the next day !! But it never came, I raised numerous complaints however I was told firstly I was in the window of delivery even though I explained it had been “processing at the hub” for almost 6 days. I then waited a week like I was told to do and spoke to someone again I then was told an investigation was going to be made however it would take another 7 days. I then messaged again as my partners paternity leave had ended and the cup that would have made for a lovely new parent gift never came and still hasn’t come to this day … I’m frankly disappointed as I have a cup from chilly and love it! Shame really
