The bottle and cup I ordered are excellent quality and arrived really quickly even though I added engraving. I'm very happy with them and have ordered some more since. The service has been fantastic too, when I got in touch to ask about a part for my cup they replied really quickly, politely and had my problem sorted in no time at all.

Dented in two places within days of use and scratches and paint peeling in lots of places. Did not do anything to it to make it that way.

Abyss 1 litr - The bottle leaks, there is no ergonomically designed grip and the straw is faulty in that only 2/3 of the bottle can be used. The small print even admits the design leaks, this is a fundamental flaw. Customer service want me take videos and photos to demonstrate the problem. I've seen this before, customer service get you to do all the leg work and do nothing at the end of it all. I have described the problem, that is sufficient. Provide a replacement please. At the moment this bottle is only fit for the bin. The real test is how customer service deals with an issue when something goes wrong. Chilly's score zero in this regard. I would note that you have already had the chance to resolve this but you won't. It's simple, I return the faulty bottle or part, you provide a replacement. Prolongation seems to be your modus operandi for customer service.

The Chilly's bottles are so good my whole family are still using our original ones from years ago. One of the lids was a bit battered though, and the seal had been lost, so I ordered a replacement lid and some spare seals for the future. There was a choice of colour for the lids, so now that one won't be mixed up with all the other silver ones. Very happy with the service received.

I love Chilly’s bottles I think I already own 5 of them which my daughter tends to steal but she will not be stealing my liberty edition tropical trails one! I have never had a chilly’s bottle that leaked and I can safely say this one does not leak and I also purchased the flip top metal straw lid for when I’m out and about and this also does not leak!! And it’s beautiful and it makes me drink more because it’s a beautiful bottle! Did I mention how beautiful it is!? Well made bottle, easy to clean and it’s beautiful!

First of all the delivery was great, super fast. Probably because we paid good money for it. I realised that the new bottles was very plasticky, only the inside wall is stainless steel, the lid is all plastic which is no good when you want to reduce micro plastic intake. I also ordered a coffee cup, the new model, it was so hard to twist the top part to expose the hole that steam can be released or they call it a drinking hole. No information on their website about material components overall, they just say stainless steel wall, which is very limited info. messaged them to see if I can swap for something else and they responded quite quick and said no. So I arranged a return through their portal which is Evri.
Tracking says it’s been returned to their hub, it’s been 2 weeks now and I haven’t heard a peep. Tried to contact them again but no response this time, I’m surprised since they have been around for years and are a reputable company, in fact I still use one of their older bottles!
So just one of those who are quick to take your money but when it comes to refund they take 30 days apparently? I returned something else at the same time to a different retailer and have already got my refund when they received my parcel!
I regret going through their official site! Should have just got it off of Amazon! Easier return.
Oh and you pay for your own return, so you’d expect efficient refund! I don’t mind paying for the returns it’s when they take the biscuit and take ages to refund you your money!
I guess I will have to go through the bank!

Chilli missed the head of the main cub. so the birthday gift was kind of ruined. Emailed and message them on their website, no response, until the next day, when was told, they only monitor emailed and chats from 10-15:00. It would be great if that was shown on the website somewhere. New head was send and arrived two days later.

Great experience with Chilly’s customer support. Although my Series 2 cup is discontinued, Francesca was very helpful in confirming lid compatibility and explaining the issue clearly. When I mentioned a leak, she kindly offered a replacement lid as a goodwill gesture, which I really appreciated.
