Lovely “love hearts” coffee cup

Lovely “love hearts” coffee cup — absolutely beautiful design. Despite the cream‑coloured lid, lipstick marks don’t transfer and wipe off easily, which is a real plus. I much prefer this older‑style lid, as the newer version I own is harder to rotate and often results in coffee splashes on my nose!

It works ok

Hi. The product works but the straw bit is very stiff and the material of the loop that came with the bottle is quite thin and flimsy.

Exactly as Described, Delivery Delayed.

The water bottle arrived exactly as advertised — great quality and well-packaged. My only issue was the delivery delay, which took longer than expected. Overall, I’m happy with the product itself, but the delivery experience could be improved.

Happy customer

I have multiple bottles from chilly’s. I’m really happy with the quality. For one I ordered a spare part (they have them also) because I accidentally dropped it from a really high shelf.
All my bottles are ingraved with my name. But even then it’s always a fast delivery (UK - Belgium).

1 liter flip top straw flask

I got the 1 liter flip top straw flask. I wanted a bottle that would keep my drink cold for long periods, was easy to carry with a handle and had a straw. This bottle had all three of those things.
But after using it for a week it's really disappointing, especially for the price of €50. The strap is very flimsy, and not comfortable to hold or grab the bottle at all. The top leaks sometimes, even with the straw closed down. The straw also doesn't even reach to the bottom so I can't suck up all the water. I have to unscrew the lid to get to it. I use this bottle while breastfeeding, I got it specifically for the straw since I only have use of one hand while feeding. So the fact I have to unscrew it seems comical. It also doesn't really do the job of keeping my water cold for long periods. All in all, this is a great bottle if it was €15. The fact i spent a good amount of money, I expected more. Very disappointing.

Great bottles

My daughter bought a bottle with watermelons on then pineapples lasted her for a very long time. Then started buying for my younger sons as needed new for school and the fad of airup being absolutely rubbish they wanted something better and both love theirs too. PS I would love if you could bring back the watermelon bottle as I’d love to replace it for my daughter.

My daughters loved the cup and bottle

My daughters loved the cup with the metal straw
The hot drink keeps hot - just use the lid
Straw for cold drinks - one of my daughters uses it on ward round perfect as no spillage

The bottle with the additional purchase of the sports cap is such a good purchase and versatile

The colour has already started to chip after a few months

I'm so disappointed in my experience with Chilly's. I initially bought the Series 2 water bottle back in August 2025 as a first time ever Chilly's customer, so yes I was excited! I wrote a review on here, talking about how the shipping experience wasn't that great and of course I got a response from a bot (or a real colleague, who knows) saying they'll be in touch to discuss, but no one ever got in touch. I believe they write that under every not so positive review, just so it seems like they're trying to do something about it, though no one from the Chilly's team does reach out. This time I'm back to write another disappointing review about the sane bottle I purchased back in August. Within a few months of owning my Chilly's bottle, the colour has already started to chip around the mouth. Bare in mind, I use this as my travel bottle - not everyday bottle, so I get it out once a month, if that. I got it out to use the other day after I hadn't used it for about 2 months and the chipping is even worse. I wish I could attach photos on here to show how the metal is showing underneath the chipped colour. If the Chilly's team actually want to reach out to me this time, please contact me on my email in your customer database as I ordered directly from the Chilly's website. Otherwise please don't bother writing that you're going to reach out. It's annoying
