Never received my order. Repeatedly chased and was told it was delivered by the courier. The courier site said was delivered, the app said it was returned to sender. Appalling customer service follow up. They said they would chase this with the courier. Three months later I am still chasing them. Nothing. They cannot prove it was delivered but they keep fobbing me off instead of giving me a refund. Dreadful company, do not buy. Wish I had seen these other reviews earlier, I would not have bought from them had I done so.

Fraudulent company: Advertised as Italian luxury brand leather shoes and bags priced at £125 ++ but received a PVC monstrosity. Would not offer a refund. My bank will be supporting my claim.

Wished I’d read these reviews before ordering. I agree sizing is wrong and shoes packaged badly and have an awful smell. I ordered 8.5 received a 7 3 weeks later. What a scam. So angry. The website was ChloeandMillie.

These are awful quality and don't look as nice as the pictures. They didn't fit and they won't facilitate returns without requiring unspecified payment amounts to ship to China at your own risk. They promised a refund which has not materialised. Dreadful.
Update - refund now appeared but only £16 against a £76 outlay.

Great website and automated responses BUT have not received shoes -Doubting whether I ever will😡

I saw on Instagram this company advertising nice shoes. I looked and saw some I liked. I learned a lesson. They are a total fraud. The pair I bought were a kind of Mary Janes priced £68 with platform similar to Dr Martens. I am a size 6 and they were a bit short. When I asked for a return someone called Anna said that I could keep the shoes. Instead she could give me a voucher for £50 so I can buy what I want. In some way she was offering me a gift. I saw a pair of ankle leathers black boots that were more than £50 but I added the difference. When they arrive a couple of weeks later they were terribly packed and they were not leather at all. When I claim the quality they said that I needed to send them myself by post from the UK to China. That was so silly. Instead, I got another pair of bad shoes and I lost around £100. I think this company has it's hands into something very dodgy. No moral or honesty at all. I won't buy anymore from unknown retailers. It has been a big but expensive lesson. Chloe&Liam are a NO.

Two pairs of shoes have been sent to me which are an about three sizes too small-when contacted that informed me that I would have to pay the refund to CHINA! This is despite them advertising their shoes are from Italy.

Do not buy ,the shoes look lovely made but when they arrive are a cheap flip flop type base ,with a velcro fastening .They just look extremely cheap and are made that way .The pair I bought were saying on sale £57 and I am gutted I have wasted that money .I advise you not to buy at that price ,if you have a limited budget go to primark. Chloe & liam shoes are not even a patch on them at double the price.

I want to say that I bought a pair of shoes from Chloe and Liam, and compared to the photos on their website, they’re completely different. The photos on the website looked high-quality, but the actual pair I received was even worse then Temu. It’s outrageous, and there’s no way to return or get a refund. They’ll try to “compensate” you with various offers like coupons or exchange with others but still bad quality, but in the end you still can’t get a refund. It’s just a huge waste of time! Please, DO NOT buy from them.

This company is a scam. Shoes are sent directly from China and are poor quality - nothing like what they claim to be on the website, which gives the Impression that these shoes are made in Europe. Delivery took 2 weeks and when contacted they are reluctant to refund. They also charge you for returns to China. Sizing is also wrong. The same website appears under various different names, such as 'Mary Jane', Olivia London, etc. Do Not Buy

Please do not buy from this company , it is a complete scam . I have waited weeks for my order to arrive , only to recieve an e mail telling me there have been 3 delivery attempts … untrue ! … & the item is being returned to sender . Wish I had read reviews before buying . Complete waste of my money . I will be reporting .

This company and their products should be avoided!!!! They are conning us out of our money by giving us an impression they only provide quality items, but they are NOT. If you do buy (like me) and are not happy, you can apply for a return, but that will cost you approx £13-£20 to send them back to their warehouse, which is in China! Plus they will also charge you 15% restocking fee. What a cheek!!!! Do not buy from here!!!!!

This company is a con! I spent £70 on a pair of shoes that on the website look good quality. Clearly the website is a front for a scam. Wish I had checked Trustpilot first! Received the shoes and they do not fit. They do not look like the picture and are such poor quality. When requesting a refund and return, I will be out of pocket if I return and they offered me 10% back. Do not use, not a reputable company.

ordered 3rd August. shipped 12 August, Arrived 20 August. shoes arrived in BUBBLE WRAP NOT A SHOEBOX!!! Ordered a size UK 40 which are more like a UK 38 at best. And website says customer pays postage costs despite clearly not being a true UK 40! . No response to my written request 36 hours ago to initiate return. Avoid. I'll be claiming back through credit card

Deserves to be sued.
This “company” is nothing but a scam dressed up with a slick website pretending to be British. In reality, they sell plastic shoes that wouldn’t even pass at a bargain market stall. Sadly, I didn’t check reviews before handing them £54.

When the parcel arrived, it was worse than I imagined: wrong colour, definitely not leather, not even a convincing imitation — just a laughable knock-off. I emailed to return them and request a refund. Their reply? A classic scammer’s script: “We’ll give you 10% back” and the old excuse about colours looking different “due to computer settings.” Please.

I’ll pursue every possible channel, legal included, to shut this sham down so others don’t get conned.

I actually filled a complaint with my bank if they can’t sort this out I won’t stop! I will give them negative reviews on all platforms and I would suggest you do the same! It is unacceptable to publish an item of quality and receive rubbish instead!

Terrible company run by it appears an ai bot. Finally thought I had received a refund info on sale below only to find they have deducted an amount. No idea why. DO NOT BUY

I was missold plastic shoes that also look nothing like the pics of the leather ones on their website. I have exchanged at least 8 emails to Anna who must be a chat bot as she responds to each email as it had not seen the previous ones below in the chain inc pictures. Still chasing what a con.

The shoes I ordered are very poor quality & look nothing like the website picture.
I am trying to send them back but, as others have described, I get emails about discounts & credit notes.
Do not buy from Chloe&Liam.

Yet another fake Chinese company posing as a UK company online. There are NO company registration details anywhere on their website or in the small print. This is not legal. Do not buy from them.
