AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!! Appalling cheap rubbish - don’t waste your money. NO refunds offered unless you post the item back to China. Reporting to trading standards

DO NOT buy from this website. The items look good ( I ordered shoes) but after waiting 2-3 weeks for them to arrive I was very disappointed. They look like the website image but are obviously a VERY CHEAP COPY. The “ leather “ was so very thin you could stretch it and the shoes had no heel cups just a rectangle of thin leather bent over. The buckle was fake and plastic. I asked to return as as per other reviews I was just offered % refunds and money of next order. I eventually ( 8-10 emails later) was given address and form to return, but I would have to pay postage (expected) and also customs and a 15% handling fee( not expected) . I was worried about spending more money as I didn’t trust them to refund me so I excepted 20% refund ( £10) and I will take the awful shoes to a charity shop and learn a valuable lesson…..NEVER BUY CHINESE GOODS .

Like the reviews below, the shoes arrived and are far too small. Getting a refund seems to be almost impossible. They keep emailing offering me a small percentage refund, store credit, and saying I can keep the item. 8 emails back and forth so far, each time telling them that no, I just want to return the item for a full refund, and each time they try to bargain. It's the most bizarre customer service I've ever received.

The shoes ordered are not as advertised and it is impossible to return them. Too small, not leather and completely different colour. It took 3 weeks to deliver. The returns copy is not linked and you have to email the company, which I have three times. ChloeandLiam are very keen I take a 10% refund and store credit and buy more items- none of which I want. I have given up on getting a refund and you can't comment on the site. Do not make the same mistake I did! Wish I had come to Trust Pilot first.

After a long wait, i have received the pair of shoes i ordered from Chloe and Liam. They don’t fit properly to my disappointment . I checked the website about how to return the item and contacted the costumer service. Someone contacted me and offered a new item to be sent for a cost. Back and forth after 8 emails, a simple return form still wasn’t issued — instead the customer service offered me an exchange with some percentage off for keeping the shoes that don’t fit properly or to have a store coupon for future use. The point was to get a return form and get refunded. Instead i am left with all sort of unnecessary offers or the final offer as the customer service put it.

Do not buy from this company. Looks like high quality UK shop online. Product comes from China, takes ages and poor quality. Also says 14 day returns but they do not honour this. They try to give you 10% back or then 50%. For your own sanity, better just chucking the item in bin than trying to negotiate with them. Avoid at all costs.
