I had a problem with the chocobux site and complained via email to the Escalation Team and my complaint was dealt with very promptly and I had previously left a very bad review and now realise that I was too hasty in my bad review. Thank you Lena and the Escalation Team for your help.

Edited/updated 28.03.24 - now rectified, chocobux have been in touch and have explained that I have accidentally signed up with them, by whatever means, I honestly do not know how, but I was in Spain travelling at the time. Chocobux have kindly explained that I can have a refund, and I would say this has now resolved the issue. Many thanks & sorry for the confusion.
BR Chris.
