My order arrived on time but the chocs had
melted in the incredible heat we've had recently, so I contacted Choc on Choc. They were very helpful and replaced them immediately, and also expedited the delivery to ensure that the gifts were still received in time for the birthday. The replacements were perfect and the receiver was very happy indeed! Delicious chocolate!!

Product very good standard ordering and arrival excellent. Only problem was delivery driver threw the package over my gate rather than deliver it!! But chocs were well packaged so no damage. Would definitely recommend choc on choc

my husband and myself have a little each day, may I say that they are b..... tastey and moreish.

Bought the fried egg on toast and soft boiled eggs for my niece and nephew at Easter. Went down a treat. All made with good quality chocolate and tasted great. Looked very realistic too. Great find and have just placed 2nd order.

Although this is not the company's fault, I bought some Easter eggs on the 4th of April, but I didn't receive them until the 12th , the courier was Evri, twice in one day they changed delivery time, then said couldn't deliver, it took 8 days, I did email choconchoc, twice, and left a voicemail, about the shoddy delivery, but never got a response, which was surprising. As a customer both Evri, and I'm afraid choconchoc haven't been at all helpful . Further to my review Choconchoc got in touch and have said they will refund in full, which is very kind, as it was not their fault, cant fault them on customer service. A happy customer

I have bought products from ChoconChoc before, quality of the products are excellent and totally delicious. I ordered my Easter gift and in less than 72 hours, it had been delivered. Have recommended this company to many of my friends and family, look forward to placing another order very shortly 🙂

Bought separately for people I know,, much better than traditional shop-bought Easter eggs! Bought three chocolate bunnies for my mum who was delighted with them, says they are too nice to eat they are very cute. Bought my other half the choc bunnie with the carrot, again presented beautifully, and very cute, odd eating a carrot that tasted of chocolate, but he managed, all in all very pleased with my gifts and so are my recipients

Lovely mini chocolate biscuits but the excessive postage charge of £8 to NI for a tiny package is not acceptable. I gave feedback on this but it was dismissed. I won’t be buying again.

This ‘piano & music’ chocolate was a gift for an elderly gentleman with Alzheimer’s.
Apparently he opened it & started eating it instead of his lunch!
His carer said it looked just like the picture.
A lovely gift - a reminder for the recipient of times past.

Got the Oscar to give to a friend who makes the most beautiful felt animals and she loved it so much. These chocolate Oscars are brilliant as is the service - it arrived very quickly. Would recommend.

Easy to order with quick delivery. Arrived packaged well . Easter chocolates look delicious but they are gifts so havnt tasted them .

Pretty disappointed with what turned up as valentine present. I get it's an independent company and I really want to support smaller businesses in Britain. But £8.00 for 2 tiny ducks no bigger than my thumb and £3.95 for standard delivery? Not sure why I can't attach a picture but it's a lot for how small they are. I don't think I'll be paying that expensive again as I was hoping it would at least taste like the price. It was okay but nothing wow. They do have the dimensions on site but unfortunately I have dyscalculia!

Really pleased with Chocalate Bar, something a bit different, packed very well, so still in one piece, when opened, I will definitely be ordering again.

Easy to use website, great choice of products, reasonably priced for the quality they represent.

Ordered giant bourbon and custard cream biscuits. They arrived promptly and were beautifully presented, but the taste and texture were very disappointing. The milk chocolate bourbon was particularly waxy and unpleasant; the white chocolate was not much better.

Sadly a lovely surprise gift to a friend was let down by the delivery service you use. I paid for it to be delivered in 2 days and it took 5 days. The parcel was also damaged and open at one end and the chocolate was a bit battered too.
I did contact them and they kindly sent out a replacement the next day but this experience has slightly put me off from using them again, especially with their current delivery service of choice.
