The Choc on Choc story started in 2003 in a village near Bath in the UK by a father-daughter team, Kerr Dunlop and Flo Broughton. Kerr is an accomplished inventor (in the 1980s he designed the immensely popular hedgehog boot wiper), and was messing around with chocolate in the kitchen one day, with a recently graduated Flo. Together they were filling moulds shaped as noughts and crosses thinking that they would make rather nice presents for the family. Hi Samantha, Thanks for your review. I'm sorry you didn't see the pink banner across the website stating we were closed. I did remove our next-day DPD service but standard delivery was still available for customers that wanted to place orders over the Christmas holidays.
Your confirmation email also detailed when the factory was back open and when your order would be dispatched.

Pigs in Blankets
Bought Belgian chocolate pigs in blankets as a treat for my family when we shared a festive lunch .
It is my first purchase of chocolate from this company and sadly it will be my last .
Whilst the product looked great fun I am sorry to say the taste was very unpleasant . More like very old fashioned cooking chocolate and more sugar than would have liked hiding any evidence of cacao. Rather cloying on the palette. For the amount of money I am very sorry but not impressed at all.

Chocolate beans on toast
This was bought as a Christmas present for my dad, and I'm sure he'll love it. The chocolates were delivered incredibly quickly and were well packaged. I was pleasantly surprised that the product itself looks like very thick chocolate, not a miserly amount at all.
