I ordered Magnetic Lashes on 7/17/17 and still have not received my package. The tracking order takes you nowhere. I wrote an email and got an auto-response. I think since I paid via pay-pal I can get my money back, but this is crap! DO NOT USE!

This company is the biggest scam ordered magnetic lashes on 7/17/17 still nothing , I have ordered through paypal though so hoping to get this resolved. They send you a tracking number that does not work, and then if you post on the Facebook page anything Negative you are blocked from posting anymore. They only reply with canned answers and have not received package or money back yet. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT WILL ONLY CAUSE YOU STRESS.

**Update i have started an investigation through Paypal, i also wrote the company for the 20th time told them to cancel my order... now all of a sudden i can not cancel order because the order has shipped. Tracking number works ( but has has NOT left CHINA) and i am at this point just hoping paypal refunds the money i am done!

**another update paypal WILL not refund money either they are giving CHOICEST more time...How much fricking time do they need. they GOT MY MONEY THE DAY OF THE PURCHASE!!!!! gave them through the 18th of sept ... i ordered in July!

***9/21 update SO paypal emailed me stating i can get my refund... BUT i need to send back product with a VALID TRACKING NUMBER (which i dont mind doing) but i find it funny a company (Choicest1) doesnt send with a valid tacking number or invoice or return label, address or ANY information BUT they request that when returning THEY want ALL OF THAT lol.... POS company! PLEASE people DONT ORDER FROM THIS CRAP COMPANY ... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.....

I ordered some curlers from Choicest One and when I received them they were broken.
After several emails, they agreed to send me new ones on the 3rd May.
Since then I have received no further response from their customer support team and have never received a replacement product but they refuse to refund my money.

Choicest One stole my videos and photos and are using them to deceive people by advertising that my
Results were from using their cups. I have never used their anti cellulite cups and I have spent lots of time creating my YouTube and Instagram videos and nobody should trust a company that steals videos. We have repeatedly asked them to take the videos down and they won't and they have blocked me from their sight. They will be contacted by our lawyer . This is very wrong. Tricia Grace

Ordered goods...6 weeks later nothing. This is a scam.Just a series of 'polite' messages saying "It is company policy......" nothing happens. I have taken this up with Paypal.

I encourage everyone to blast this company on social media, contact FaceBook and INSIST they ban this company from advertising. Also contact the Attorney General, and the BBB. They ripped me off, they ripped you off, and even if short money, they are crooks and must be eradicated and punished.

I placed an order over a month ago from them and I have not received my order. So I requested a refund and they ignored my request,stating they are trying to see about the status of my order, and they have had alot of orders coming in, and blah blah blah"....I don't care about that I want my money back. The customer service reps seemed confused about the status of my order, which is terrible on their end.

Have made an order but never received anything. The tracking number shows no shipment. Their customer service says that "with the myriad inquiries we are receiving this time of the year, it might take us a while to get across to you on your inquiry".
A SCAM. Nothing more, nothing less.

This company are scammers... BIG TIME! They trade as Stormmedia1 also.
They rip millions of people worldwide. I've made a purchase over a month ago and after communication via Facebook messenger I've been continuously fobbed off and lied to with excuses and fake invalid order tracking numbers.
The staff reel over the same over the top polite nonsense messages without trying to solve anything.
Please avoid being scammed and stay well clear from these con merchants !

Unlike other disappointed customers, I did actually receive my parcel 6 weeks after ordering. HUGE disappointment.
There was one set of bashed up magnetic lashes that are a complete joke and waste of time (as opposed to 3 sets in the box as advertised) They now seem to have been removed from the website. Maybe they have run out after scamming hundreds of customers out of their money? The cami tops I ordered are hopeless ...nasty nylon with no spandex and a terrible fit. No refunds or exchanges . Just glad I paid on paypal so they cannot rip off my card details. Don't touch them with a barge pole....I have learned a lesson here.

Took my money for magnetic lashes, sent me a confirmation email, however when I have tried to track my order, they advise my email address is invalid! Have little hope of getting my order, and cannot contact to get a refund. STAY AWAY from this company..... UPDATE: it is now 28/08 and I STILL have not received my order, even though emails from them advise 'my order has been shipped'....They cannot supply a delivery time frame, nor will they refund my money as I have requested for several times now. Not Happy,

I ordered the bra and cami tank top. I ordered this product according to the size chart. Bra part does not fit right, nor does it seem to have any spandex in the material. I was very disappointed in the product. Definitely does not do what it says. Do not buy this product. The reviews I read on this product seem to be all bogus.

I purchased the eyebrow stamp/powder. First it took about 3 weeks to arrive. I am an African American woman and the powder was not a color that would be a match for my complexion, I needed the black and they sent me a dark brown. I noticed there was no return options / labels sent with the order, I emailed customer service and explained the issue that I needed the "black powder" I was instructed to take a photo of everything I received including the package it was shipped in, I did and sent to them, I then received an email saying " the stamp only comes in Dark Brown, Light Brown and Grey and that the black is not available for this product." But it is advertised with the black that's why I ordered it and my issue is why wasn't I told that instead of telling me to send photos of my order I received including the package. I was not offered a refund I was told "We hope for your kind understanding and compliance to our policy."

Coming back with a follow up. I put a paypal dispute in, they ruled in their favour! I went back to Paypal & had no response from eamils, so I complained on their Facebook page & received a response right away. Linked them to this website of similar complaints to mine. Have thankfully received a refund from this dodgy company & am also in the process of filing a complain online via econsumer.gov (also known as ICPEN) if enough people complain, we can hopefully get this vile company shut down! - everyone else should do the same.

I have also put in a formal complaint with Paypal warning them of this company.

AVOID! This is a terrible company, I placed an order and the products were not st all as described - the measurements are all wrong and the quality is beyond awful. They make you pay the return postage - to Hong Kong! - which will probably cost more than I paid for the goods. I am furious!!!

Ordered an item from them and it didn't fit - the quality was bad and it wasn't as it was described.
I told them I wanted a refund, they instructed me on how to return for a refund. After I sent the item (TO HONG KONG), emailed a picture with proof of shipping and tracking, they told me they weren't able to refund me the money after all. Isn't that suspicious?
The customer service is terrible - every email response was from a different person asking me the same questions or giving me different email.
I wish I never bought anything from them and checked Trust Pilot before I gave them any of my money - what a total scam!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They took my money, but never shipped my product. The shipping number they gave me was invalid. When I contacted customer service, they basically told me I'm out of luck because they only allow cancelations within 24 hours of placing order. Therefore you get NO GUARANTEE that they will even ship your product, you're just out the money.

Update : I put in a claim with Paypal, stating I never received the product. When PayPal contacted Choicest1/Storm Media, they told PayPal my tracking number shows it been delivered. The tracking number they gave me says the parcel is still in China.
