I have tried to contact this company on multiple occassions as I received one item of my order - which was described accurately and contacted them for a refund or something. They never addressed it so I had to go to my credit card company and request a credit. The second portion of my order never arrived and once again after 2 contacts, I have not heard from them on this contact either. Do no purchase from this company, go to WISH.com you can find the same items, usually at a cheaper rate and they guarantee your purchase.

Shipped from China and I must pay the return postage to China myself if I want to return the item. The postage to return the item costs more than the cost of the items....so I have spent $27 on useless to me items.

Do not order from this company. A complete sham. Poor quality. Orders incorrect. Unable to return products. No refunds.

Horrible! Ordered rollers a couple months ago. Took weeks to receive then it wasn't what I ordered. They refused to refund. I wasn't able to use what I had because it didn't come with the component to use the rollers. Had to dispute charge with credit card company. First time I've ever done that. Do not order from them!!!

Their advertisements are misleading and not a good representation of the actual product. They will not refund your money unless you ship it back to them...in Hong Kong. It costs just as much or more to ship it back than you pay for it. Waste of money and time. They also made it seem like I would receive a refund and when I asked them why it had not come through they said they needed pictures and it returned in the mail within 24 hours. Ridiculous.

Wireless bras in three colours. Sizing is a joke. Very much smaller than size they quote.
Refund policy is scary so who would spend £10 returning when they can say they haven't arrived?
Wish I had read independent reviews first.
This company advertises on facebook, which is where I saw them and ordered. Big mistake.
Don't make the same one.

I wish I could give zero! Ordered a shower head that broke completely within a month and sent my shower into fault mode is was that bad!
Customer service take over a week between replies and it's always a different person. They refused to replace or refund despite their returns policy stating they will replace/refund defective items which this clearly is. They eventually agreed to refund me half the price if i return the product to Hong Kong at my expense. Insane customer service! the battle continues

Be warned ...you cannot return items that do not fit.
Unfortunately I omitted to check the returns policy when ordering. I ordered items and they do not fit and you cannot exchange or return unless damaged.
I would not order from this company again and would advise to be careful, that unless your 100% sure of the fit, do not buy - as you will not be able to exchange/return.
