I was a bit worried about this store after placing an order having read the negative reviews but honestly, I ordered my shoes from the site, there wasn't really much email communication, but 5 days later they arrived - no issues. Very happy. Thank you.

Returned an item to Choice via In-Post on 4th February and they havent processed my refund, I would not recommend and cetainly will not purchase from Choice again in the future.

Not the quickest despatch and delivery, however the sweatshirt was too big for me and I returned it 1st class signed for on the Monday, by lunch time on the Tuesday I had received the refund into my PayPal account so I can't fault the returns process.

Choice store in Walthamstow is absolutely awful. Rude staff, don't say please. One of the staff was swearing at the other. I would never be returning to this crappy store. I would highly avoid them.
First time buyer called a liar
I placed an order of 7 items. Kept just one of them and returned the rest. I received an email confirming refund for just 5 items. I contacted customer services who said we looked at the cctv and you only returned 5 items, I then suggested they look at the cctv of the items packed. They came back to me saying I looked at the cctv myself and you still returned 5 items and that I should contact my bank. I said no problem at all but you still have not checked cctv of items sent to me. They then came back saying oh we reviewd cctv and you had been sent only 6 items, Refund is issued.
Imagine I did not insist on that they would've ended up keeping my money.
Customer services are so poor that can not even pack correct amount on items and then not even reading my email suggesting to check other footage.
WILL NEVER EVER buy from them again and please everybody check if you receive all items and if your being refunded the correct amount!

Don’t usually write reviews but given the bad credit I don’t believe this is a true reflection of the company or service. Due to these reviews checked in a few times with customer service and store and reassured me everything is ready and being sent out. Great service and quality, will be using again! WRONG SIZE SENT TWICE!
Ordered a pair of £100 trainers. No confirmation they had been shipped. Arrived late. Were size 10. Were meant to be an 11.
Contacted customer services, they apologised but didn't offer to send a new pair of the correct size.

I ordered an item 1 week ago and have had no confirmation it’s been delivered. It says 3-5 working days. Using track my order you have to have an 8 digit order number but on the email confirming the order it’s only 5 numbers. So you have to add 000s before it to work. And even on there it’s still not been dispatched.
First and last time I’ll be ordering from this website. I’ve sent an email to cancel my order completely because I no longer need it as the delivery that hasn’t even happened took too long

The company does not update their website when an item is sold so you are likely to be disappointed after a few days with a refund email. This happened to me twice, won’t be using them again.
