Was in with my daughter who was holding a drink with lid & the most miserable member of staff barked at my 13 yr old about no drinks being permitted . Fair enough but was so unpleasantly said…

Cheap for a reason but got refunds straight away
I've used this company twice and both times I received the item which is a good start...however the item I received the second time had been worn already as it reeked of body odour!! Absolutely vile. Item was too small anyway so was going back. This website is cheap for a reason. If it didn't stink and was the right size everything would have been alright. Got refund on both items as both were too small. Would probably gamble the website again if a really good deal came up on it as had no issues with returns.
Superb service and prices
I don’t usually write reviews (good or bad), despite relying on them to make informed decisions on unfamiliar retailers.
I took a bit of a gamble here based on the existing reviews, but they had the trainers I wanted and by far the best price.
I’m glad I took the ‘gamble’ and in fact there was no gamble at all.
I got the email confirmation through, delivery was made within 3 days and a text was sent with the delivery slot.
I sympathise with those who had a bad experience, however it all seems related to returns. I knew the brand already and was confident with sizing. I will use again very soon.
I returned a pair of Valentino trainers…
I returned a pair of Valentino trainers and used Klarna.
£4.95 was then deducted from a partial refund. If the item has been returned why am I not being reimbursed for the shipping costs?
On top of that I paid £2.50 for return postage to use the InPost lockers. In total I have lost £7.45 for trainers I did not even keep.
A big company that sells designers goods that will not refund shipping or postage costs absolutely atrocious especially with online shopping becoming more prevalent.
£4.95 for postage of an expensive top…
£4.95 for postage of an expensive top and then £2.50 fopr the return also! In this day and age it's not acceptable. Will not be a returning customer.
Please don't use this company
Please don't use this company, trying to return goods is impossible. Phone line doesn't work, you can't get onto live chat. The website won't allow you to complete the return. Tried to email and all to no avail. Stuck with unwanted order as material not as described. Rubbish customer service .
Sent wrong size and no communication
Sent wrong size, had to pay to return. No contact number and no reply to emails.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I placed an order on Saturday evening and the order didn’t go through, but the money was taken. Then I called this morning to resolve the issue the person the online sales team are great.
I spoke to Abby and she was quick to help and solved my query instantly. How the team handled the situation was quick and prompt, they are legit and have many stores in London. Choice is a great place to shop, and their customer service is top class
Do not use the return goods service, they will lose the goods.
I’ve ordered twice this year at my own peril as I clearly forgot the mess of the 1st ordered they meant when they charged me £100 for item not sent and sent clothes I didn’t order and with human hair on items worn. I will say please use PayPal to pay if you can...I’ll explain why.
Also on that 1st order they refunded me for items sold that they did have NOT have in stock anymore... very odd.
2nd order, order was just under £900 I ordered multiple sizes on some items as DKNY & Armani are very hit & miss with their sizes. I needed to return £342 of goods, their chosen courier is in post, you pay £2.50 and take it to deposit in a locker.
I was a bit concerned as it said no need to label it up, just scan and deposit. So I still added a return address label...but I did forget to put my details as sender though.
Anyway intelligent tracking said delivery was 3-5 days and yet no one in a 7 days has collected the parcel from the locker...or if they did they have stolen it as it hasn’t been scanned! You get proof by tracking that’s it’s been received in the locker and that is it!
You cannot contact this InPost company they use and your parcel disappeared out of sight. Customer services say they contacted the courier but nothing has been sorted.
So I am £342 out of pocket without the goods at the moment so I have raised a claim with PayPal, to try to help me get my money back.
Really be careful on what you order with Choice, the service of goods arriving is goods (if they are In stock) And sale prices are reasonably priced but don’t order anything you may need to return!
Just updating the review on the 20/7 my goods are still saying stored in the In Post courier locker 3/7) PayPal reimbursed me in the end as that was the only way to get my money back.
Nothing negative here.
Having read so many bad reviews I was initially reluctant to leave a review. But remembering that most people only leave a review if they have had a negative experience encouraged me to order from here.
I had an issue where I thought I hadn’t received my confirmation email, but having contacted customer services I found it located in my spam. Customer service responded via email so quickly, almost as if it was an instant messenger.
I received my order 3 days after ordering via DPD. Can’t fault the service and price, 20% lower than anywhere else. Don’t see a reason why I wouldn’t use choice a lot more often.
Do not use this company!
Do not use this company!! Everything appears to be OK until you have to return an item. Here is my experience.
The wrong item was supplied and they do not provide a contact number to discuss the return procedure.
Their website indicates that returns including postage are free within the first 14 days using their currier but you must use the original packaging. Unfortunately, this only applies to items measuring less than 50x50x60cm, The box my very lightweight item came in was coincidentally larger than this and therefore I had to pay £11.00 to have the item returned.
When the refund was eventually issued, I only received £21.99 even though the item cost £41.53.
Strangely a contact number previously absent from all their websites was now provided in their correspondence.
When challenged that the refund was inadequate, Choice shops stated that they had deducted their postage costs even though this was not made clear on their website.
Their customer service agent advised me that if I had contacted them in advance to discuss the matter an agreement for full refund may have been possible in my case. I pointed out that any such contact was impossible as Choice Stores purposely concealed their telephone number until after the inadequate refund was issued.
It seems illogical that Choice would offer completely free returns (As long as the package size and weight meets their requirements) but if you pay to have a larger box returned they will subsequently deduct their original postage costs.
Between my postage and that subsequently claimed by Choice Stores (which I did not expect), I have now paid £21.50 on postage. This amounts to over 50% of the original cost. Had I been aware of this, I would have simply kept the item or better still purchased it from a more customer focused company.

Terrible Returns Policy
Bag purchased on line as a birthday gift. Delivery changed twice. When gift was opened i had ordered the wrong one so needed to return. I had mis-placed the original receipt so contacted customer service for assistance. No response via the email link, so contacted them again via the website, advised outside of the 14 day returns policy (approx 4 days at this point) so nothing they could do. Raised a complaint as I thought this was unfair especially during the pandemic and in lockdown. Again advised outside of 14 days return policy and if we didn’t like it to take it up with Trading Standards. I responded asking for a credit note or exchange rather than a refund and this was also refused. Now I’m left with an unwanted bag. Very unhelpful company and would not recommend ordering on line from them.

Terrible.,,didnt have anything i ordered and told me 3 days after i had paid.
I would avoid to be honest
Bought items 17th of March and came pretty quickly. Returned both the next day as too small. Sent recorded delivery and the items were received nearly 2 weeks ago. No communication, no refund or exchange.
Very poor after sales service.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Item arrived within 5 days from me ordering it and arrived in great condition👍🏼
AVOID AVOID AVOID - took my money again and NO order!
I made an an online order AGAIN and opted to pay via Klarna - part way through the order, I got an on screen error message AGAIN and it didn’t look like the order had gone through because I didn’t get any kind of confirmation to say the order had been processed - not even an on screen message. I also checked my Choicestore account and no order is showing.
Nothing relating to an order from Choice is showing on my Klarna and no payments are showing either.
The Klarna payment is however showing on my credit card - no surprise there then!
Absolute JOKE - some kind of scam going on here to enable Klarna to use people’s money for a few days before refunding!
I'm having a nightmare
I'm having a nightmare here.
Made an order nearly 2 weeks ago, took a full week to even send me some confirmation it was on its way. Then I got an email from DPD saying it's been cancelled. No idea why.
Contacted customer services by email 3 days ago and still haven't a clue what's going on. No contact number to call them on either.
First time ordering, and will probably be the last!
Order number 5460
If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible service. Avoid buying from them at all costs! I bought something for my boyfriend for Christmas and was waiting for it to come in the post and then they sent me an email saying they didn’t have it in stock anymore so refunded me and gave me a 10percent off voucher ( after I asked) so I was left without the present for my boyfriend at Christmas. Then I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went to buy my boyfriend presents for his birthday and tried to use the voucher but it didn’t work (very frustrating) so I had to contact them and they told me to go ahead and make the order anyway and they would give me the 10percent back after. And now they have sent me someone else’s order in the post with an item of a fraction of the price of what I had paid and my order is nowhere to be seen but they expect me to go and find a printer in lockdown and go to a post office just to send this item back when I still haven’t received what I ordered. I sent them an email saying where is my order and I need it in time for my boyfriends birthday and they sent an email back saying do I still want to make my order that I’ve already paid for? They obviously can’t read. I never write bad reviews but I shop a lot online and this is by far the worst company I have ever bought from. Avoid like the plague! They haven’t got their act together and they don’t care. I’m very sad about this and feel foolish for having tried to use them again.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service , that's a understatement, only want my refund, no one answers the phone , no email response apart from automated.
Order cancelled and awful communication but quick refund
Ordered white Ralph Lauren sweatshirt online from Choice, received no confirmation email at all, had to chase up multiple times, and received several different replies from what I assume to be automated emails: both apologetic, stating that it would be dispatched as soon as possible. Only when I followed up with a message on Facebook, I was told my order had been cancelled, thankfully a quick refund was given. If I hadn't chased the order, would they have just kept my money??? Wont be ordering from here again.
