From start to finish our experience was top notch. No pressure whatsoever to buy anything you didn't want. Emily assisted us for all our needs and showed us exactly what we were looking for. Very professional in every way, as well as being very patient with me when I found things a bit over my head. We received a very fair price for our car & the car we purchased represented excellent value for money.
Emily instructed us & directed us very thoroughly throughout the collection of our new vehicle & nothing was too much trouble for her.
Overall a very satisfying experience with CGNP & we look forward to returning when required for service, mot etc.

We have once again just upgraded our Nissan Juke at the Dealership on Strand Road Preston.
We were made aware that the time had come to potentially make the change, and were informed of possible cars available.
During this time there was no pressure put on us to make a decision, and we were given breathing space to weigh up what was on offer.
A number of phone calls were then received from Lewis, again, with no pressure, but we finally decided on the car. Lewis kept us updated with e mails and videos with regards to the car, and finally invited us down when the car was ready for pick up.
There were a few minor issues that needed resolving, but Lewis addressed these.
Overall we received excellent service, as ever, and could not fault how we were looked after.
Chorley Group treat you with respect, and value your custom, and I would recommend them to anyone thinking of looking for another car.

I was very pleased with the whole process of purchasing my new Nissan. Emily Taylor was very patient and clearly explained the different options and finance possibilities. I was looking for a new shape Ford Kuga ST Line X and was checking cars regularly on Carwow. I spotted the car at Chorley Motor Group, which looked just right specification and age. This was the first time I had bought a used car remotely on-line, especially with the dealership some distance from my location.
From making initial contact, I was very reassured by the prompt response and customer service from Lewis Rourke, who answered any questions I had and even provided a video walk around of the car. I had an existing car that I needed to sell, but when Lewis asked if I was interested in a part exchange, I said yes but didn’t really expect anything near a realistic valuation (based on previous experiences withpoor part exchange values). I was very pleasantly surprised by the value offered by Lewis and agreed to go ahead. This made things a lot easier as the exchange could be done at my home address, with a reasonable delivery cost agreed.
Maureen delivered the car yesterday, having left at c.3am to reach us in North Devon by 9am.
All in all a very good experience from staff who really do seem to care about customer service. I would certainly recommend dealing with them.

Very poor. Do not recommend. Had numerous issues since buying car 2 years ago. Sold car to us with outstanding finance and mileage discrepancies. Only came to light when selling the car. Many other issues, service was not done initially as promised, sold with full service history on advert, never provided. Avoid like the plague! Complaint via ombudsman ongoing after failure to resolve through communication with the branch.

I purchased a Nissan XTrail from Lewis from the Preston dealership.He was easy to talk to very polite and very quick from start to finish of the deal .He sorted the part exchange car. Vehicle delivered to my home in Essex a long journey but Karen the driver was very helpful throughout whole handover procedure certainly knows her stuff and the product she delivered.Highly recommend this dealer .

Terrible service from this garage.Car wasn't ready first time i picked it up.Emily did not seem interested at all when dealing with the purchase and also when delivering the vehicle.She just ignored me and my partner when we said all our concerns.Also i still havent a had a courtesy call as promised twice by the garage and on the video.Buying a new car and spending that amount should be a happy experience but this was dulled with the poor customer service.
