Delighted with my beautiful table lamp. I love it and have received so many flattering comments. I’d been looking for ages to get something a little different and there were some great choices on the website. Excellent customer service too - great comms and fast delivery. Really well packaged. Thank you. I’m already considering my next purchase!

AWFUL SERVICE - NOT REFUNDING ME FOR RETURNED ORDER
I ordered a light-coloured table lamp and shade with a globe. However, when my order arrived, I received a completely different item — a small lamp base in dark wood.

I contacted Chosen by Jessica and advised that I would be returning the order. I returned it two weeks ago and provided proof of posting from Royal Mail. Despite this, I still have not received my refund.

What has been particularly frustrating is that I keep receiving emails asking whether the return was sent by DPD, Evri etc., when the proof of posting I provided clearly shows that it was sent through Royal Mail.

The amount is only £46, but for me it is the principle. I should not have to repeatedly chase a refund for an item I did not order and have already returned. I have now had to raise a chargeback with my bank to try to recover the money.

From receiving the wrong item, to the difficulty getting a straightforward refund, the service has been extremely disappointing from start to finish.

I would not recommend Chosen by Jessica and I certainly would not order from them again. Avoid.

Exceptional product and service. Delivery was fast as promised and the product came carefully and safely packaged. Safe to say I will be decorating my home with lots of chosen by Jessica products.

Bad product and even worse customer service. Received a lamp that is quite clearly either faulty or completely misrepresented by overly edited photos. Awful customer service, who didn’t even ask to see an image of the product before saying it was down to personal taste and I would be responsible for return costs! Awful, especially considering the cost. Avoid.

I gave a 3 star review for Large White Crackle Glazed Ceramic Lamp because the ‘crackle glaze’ was painted on with black lines and gave an overall grey effect - although it is advertised as white. I never leave bad reviews but think other customers should know when looking at this lamp. My review has just disappeared-so perhaps it was naive but l didn’t realise Chosen by Jessica curated the reviews. Also l didn’t return it because the packaging crumbled when l opened it. Disappointed on a few fronts.

I ordered a lamp on Monday evening and received it Thursday via DPD. Wow I am so happy with it. It’s a real statement piece and I love it, love it, love it.

I would highly recommend chosen by Jessica and I cannot understand the bad reviews as it almost put me off ordering but so glad I did. 😊

Worse company I have ever dealt with. Ordered lamp and vase both very different from pictures. Lamp shade was slightly creased when it arrived but as I was returning it didn’t bother complaining. Cost over £30 to return these as they were huge boxes. Then had the cheek to deduct £15 as shade was damaged. I packaged better than I received it. Would never use again

Gorgeous bouquet of flowers. Look so realistic. I have several bunches of faux flowers but these are my favourite.

Ordered two lamps. Damaged on arrival- ? Quality. Very rude Olivia from company - words could have been kinder in response. Appreciate Adam's customer centricity and kindness who then got involved.

I was looking for flowers and a vase for my living room & I'd had this website saved for a long time.
I ordered from Chosen by Jessica, delivery was quick.
Unfortunately it was too big for where I wanted it. It was stunning & I loved it so I tried to find a different place.
I had to send it back and there were no problems at all and refund was fast.
Great communication as well.

The service I got from Chosenbyjessica was second to none. My vase arrived damaged when it was delivered, I emailed to tell them and I had a quick reply. A replacement was sent out promptly and arrived safely Royal Mail taking the damaged one away. Their range of lighting, vases etc are beautiful and reasonably priced.

I can’t recommend this company highly enough. I initially bought a lamp which was gorgeous, swiftly followed by another lamp, 2 jugs, 2 lanterns and 2 eucalyptus bouquets. Absolutely delighted with all my purchases. The products are so unique each with their own individuality. Customer Service is second to none and delivery spot on. I’d give 6****** if I could. Thank you CBJ.

I ordered a vase from Chosen by Jessica, but I wasn’t happy with the initial item so exchanged it for a different colour. Unfortunately, the process was disappointing.

I had to pay over £8 to return the item, the original delivery cost was deducted from my refund, and I was charged delivery again for the replacement. In total, it cost me almost £15 to exchange an item I wasn’t happy with.

Although I like the replacement, the extra costs have put me off using this company again.

Absolutely loved my items. They were beautiful and beautifully packaged. Delivered very quickly after ordering. Will def be buying again from Chosenbyjessica.

Just received my daughters lamp.Such excellent service.Well packed and they even included a bulb.Which most other companies don’t.Great service highly recommend
