Easter Deception
Nice products and I’d been keeping an eye on a few I would have liked to purchase in bulk. I then received an email regarding the Easter sale which I thought was a good time to take the plunge, to then see to my surprise that all of y he items were the still the same price and that they had pretended to be knocked down from prices I’d never seen before. Won’t be purchasing from the company as I feel this is quite deceiving.

Amazing and prompt customer service in…
Amazing and prompt customer service in assisting with dimensions of the product. Researched a lot to find the right size as I need a large base and shade, purchased and arrived within 3 working days
Packaged really well and the personal written message was a lovely touch. Extremely happy with lamp and shade and is definitely the look I wanted.

Lovely Products
I have used this company before for lamps and received great service and great products.
When ordering a vase it was a lovely product but just didn’t fit in my home.
Trying to return this product was very stressful as DPD wouldn’t allow me to send back a vase however, after a few back and forths Tony did help me and organise label for myself to send it back on my behalf so I could return.
I have recommended this company to friends and family and would recommend again just bear in mind you are responsible to sort your own returns which for vases is quite difficult.

Always top quality.
I have bought from Choose by Jessica over the years, and I can confidently say that every single product has been of great quality and the customer service is second to none. They have a wide selection of homeware and furnishings to choose from, and I have always found something that I love. I would highly recommend them to anyone in search of premium quality products and excellent customer service.

This was my second order from Chosen by Jessica.
Just love this company, delivered within in a couple of days even thou it was the Christmas period. Great packaging.
