Worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune to be privy to.
I ordered a Christmas present for my son well before Christmas, it never arrived and I received zero communication from this company. After chasing my order on no less than three occasions I finally get an e mail telling me my order will be with me in another 10 days. I clearly should have just accepted this with no complaint because the minute I complained Chosen Few cancelled my order! No refund just a cancellation. I all my years, I’ve never known a company cancel an order rather than deal with a complaint. I’m in shock.
This company really needs sone lessons in customer service. I’d steer well clear from any company that treats customers so badly when things go wrong.

We’re genuinely sorry that this experience was disappointing and understand how frustrating it is when a Christmas gift doesn’t arrive on time.
To clarify the situation for transparency: your original order was dispatched on time, however the tracking confirmed that the parcel was lost in transit by Royal Mail something that, while rare, can unfortunately happen during peak Christmas volumes.
As soon as this was identified, we apologised and offered:
- A full replacement order,
- Upgraded to DPD Next Day delivery at our cost, and
- Two complimentary pairs of socks as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience.
We did not cancel the order due to a complaint. The order was refunded only after a request was made for both a full refund and a full replacement including the complimentary items, which isn’t something we’re able to do as a small independent business especially when the original parcel was never returned to us.
At that point, we processed the full refund immediately, ensuring no funds were retained.
We ship thousands of orders during the Christmas period and take customer service seriously, which is why we offered a fast replacement and additional value despite the issue being outside of our control. While we’re sorry this resolution wasn’t acceptable in this case, we acted fairly, promptly, and in good faith throughout.

Steer clear
I wouldn't recommend these to anyone. Order was delivered to wrong address and help has been very limited / nothing. I provided evidence the parcel was delivered to the wrong address and that wasn't enough to initiate a refund as for some reason they're priority is to claim back £83 from Royal Mail than to care for their customers who've clearly shown evidence. Either these guys are struggling commercially or could not care less about their customer base.

Disgraceful customer service
I placed an order from this company and the tracking showed as delivered but I had not received it, I reached out to the company and they did absolutely no research whatsoever before replying to me that it was delivered and there’s nothing else to be done about it, after investigating myself I realised that they had delivered it to a completely different block of flats down the road, I went to the lobby and could not locate my parcel anywhere, I emailed chosen few again explaining this and provided the exact GPS coordinates that is stated on royal mails tracking which clearly shows it was delivered to the wrong address, they’ve completely ignored my email and have not refunded me, I will now be issuing a chargeback from my bank and will never order from here again. Order was placed from my boyfriends email and this is my order number 8496044

Great Experience
Never had any issues with any orders, great quality clothing, the fit is unreal and the new tracksuits are 10/10! They have me coming back for more every time.
The story lines behind some of the collections make you feel more connected to the brand, it helps you understand the why, not just a brand, its a community. Would recommend to anyone.

Awful customer care and service
Awful! Third order they've messed up ! Sent me the completely wrong order yet again ! Then you have to go through getting messed about returning the other THEY messed up then waiting for what you originally paid for ! Staff clearly not checking the orders before dispatching it it's blatantly obvious! Very slow replying to messages and terrible customer care just not good enough when all you want is what you originally paid for!

The order placed was for a Hoody, and that’s exactly what was shipped. While you may have intended to purchase the Zip Hoody, the invoice clearly reflects a Hoody.
The colour you received is correct. On our website it’s listed as “Salt & Pepper,” while the factory packaging states “Snow Marl.” These are two names for the same colourway. We are already working with our factory to align labels and avoid confusion going forward.
We handled an exchange for you regardless, even though your original order was fulfilled correctly.
As an independently owned brand, reviews mean a great deal to us. We’re always the first to hold our hands up when mistakes are made - no business is 100% perfect - but in this case, your review doesn’t give a fair reflection of the situation. Negative reviews that don’t reflect the truth can unfairly damage a small business, and we hope anyone reading this can see we acted with integrity and transparency.
