I have ordered plenty of t shirts over the years and absolutely love them. They wash well and still look great today. I recently ordered their new matching hoodie and wide leg joggers which are fantastic quality!! They are very cosy and fit beautifully. Definitely going to be my new favourite, will have to get another colour soon!! Worth every penny. Delivery was very quick, arrived 48hrs after I ordered it!! Fantastic.

I have been waiting for 3 days to get a response from customer service in regards to wrong item being delivered.

All good as always. Postage was slightly longer than normal but love the top.

I purchased the new women's leggings and shorts, the quality is fantastic, nice thickness and really stretchy.
Fast delivery and well packaged.

Ordered a hoodie as a christmas present. When it arrived the quality was terrible and certainly not worth £60 when compared to their competitors. To add to this it was frayed and full of bobbles in the material as if it'd been washed a thousand times.

I returned it as faulty but still had to pay for the return postage myself. This was over a month ago and still haven't received a refund. There is no option to contact them other than an online form, of which I've filled two of them out and never had a response

Maybe think twice before ordering from CFA. Ordered some socks in early December as a Christmas present. When nothing arrived as promised, I emailed for answers. Now post Christmas and being told 'untruths' and 'excuses'. Initially told that the delivery company tried to deliver but no-one home (never had an issue with EVRI before) now found out that the parcel was damaged? No replacement or refund offered ...

Had a couple of problems with an order, Bradley and KC were amazing and helped me sort out all issues.

I am disgusted with the level of customer service i have experienced recently from this company, i have been a customer for a couple of years and own loads of products from Chosen Few but this is awful

I ordered during black friday sale, 3 items. Which firstly took a while to come and then when it did come one of my items was missing, which was the most expensive item. I’ve sent email after email and initially got a response but now i haven’t heard anything for 2 weeks. For the items i did receive they smelt like some weird burning chemical and the quality is not the same as my previous products. I see i’m not the only person with these issues so i have no clue as to why this is happening.

I wanted to be fair and give them the benefit of the doubt but as it’s been over a month since my order was placed and over 2 weeks since i received my order i feel like its fair to warn others what to possibly expect.

Don’t even know where to start with the review, my order was placed on the 28th November which was placed on next day delivery, however when it didn’t arrived I emailed asking where my order was. To then receive a reply back staying the website stated all orders will be shipped by the 10th so waited it out, still nothing, yet again another email, to a reply of it will be shipped latest end of the week. Fast forward to the 31st order finally came. But only the hoodie no joggers with this delivery yet I was told it will all be shipped!! Opened it up and the quality of the hoodie looks like a Chinese 2 pound special compared to the 3 other ones I’ve had from this company before. Certainly lost a customer after all of this
