I just got home from traveling and USPS did not leave a notice that they attempted to deliver my lights while I was out of town. I never would have known they were waiting for me at the post office if he hadn't followed up with me via email to let me know that the delivery had been attempted. I currently have my lights in hand and they are beautiful!!

I experienced some issues with the watch itself, after receipt. Although I was able to reach out to the seller, finding out what kind of support I would be eligible for from Chrono24 was a little opaque.

SCAM! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

They use escrow that requires the recipient to confirm delivery not the courier! This means the recipient can deny delivery even with tracking and proof from the courier leaving the seller out of pocket and without the item!
CHRONO24 IGNORED ALL EVIDENCE & WILL ONLY LISTEN TO THE BUYER!!!
COURIER COMPLAINT ESCALATED & UPHELD THE DECISION THAT IT HAD BEEN SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED! INDEPENDENT OMBUDSMAN UPHELD THE DECISION IT HAD BEEN CORRECTLY DELIVERED! CHRONO24 IGNORED ALL EVIDENCE AND REPAID THE BUYER!

I must be up to about 6 watches bought on chrono24 by now. I have never had a bad experience with a seller, private or dealer. And even if I did, the escrow service is there should I have a problem. Although I have never tested it. Never needed to.
