Great experience, watch was shipped & verified quickly. The dealer was in Japan and it was delivered to the UK within a few days.

I bought the watch from Germany and…
I bought the watch from Germany and paid a duty to take receipt in the UK.
I then decided not to keep the watch and to return it but have not been able to without the duty being paid again.
As a result I still have the watch.
This must have happened before to Chrono24 customers - why isn't there a solution?

A purchase from the far side of the world!
First time purchasing an expensive watch. Add to that I was buying from a dealer on the other side of the world! Chrono24's escrow service took a lot of the worry out of the transaction. Communication with the dealer through the Chrono24 app was seamless and I was kept updated. All went smoothy and I was delighted with my purchase. Even after paying import duties my purchase was significantly less than an almost identical model for sale in this country. Without the reassurance of the Chrono24 system and its escrow service I would not have had the confidence to look so far afield.
