Easy process, great customer service
The application process was easy. I liked the way the funds were transferred directly to the hospital.

Due to circumstances I needed to take the private route for an operation. The medical group offering the treatment provided details of a 2 year interest free payment plan through their partners Chrysalis finance. On-line forms were easy to fill in. Decision on acceptance was quick. Updates were provided on when the loan would be put in place and when first payment due. Final update provided a few days before operation was carried out to say the bill for operation had been settled with a reminder of first payment date. Whole process was easy with no issues.

Not an easy trouble free process. Conflicting and incorrect information provided by Chysalis and their financial partner, not once or twice, but throughout the process. Inordinate amounts of time spent attempting to sort out their operational deficiencies.
