Rude security guard
Lovely shop and workers however the security guard there is horrible and follows customers and confronts them rudely, I'm a regular who spends a lot of money here however I was rudely confronted for using a few testers and was accused of coming everyday spraying 15 perfumes a day when I go weekly at maximum and minimally use the testers, I usually purchase the products I test as well. It wasn't a welcoming experience and I feel anxious each time I enter when it was once my go-to. The service workers are always friendly but that man should not go beyond his job and confront little girls for using testers its ridiculous. I'd understand and listen if told once nicely to stop using testers or do one spray at most especially for the expensive ones (already have been using them leniently) however no such warning was given and first interaction was a threat and accusation which was very unwelcoming and caught me off guard. I told a supervisor about the situation but Im almost certain nothing was done to fix the situation and he had no consequences for his actions as it was evidently an emotional outburst. Very disappointing experience as I used to love to shop at this store.
