My order was for pork scratching, they arrived with only 13 days before thd best before date. Will buy from another company in the future. I emailed them and got no comments back,

There would be more stars but. Ive had 4 mystery boxes, and they are always the same, cheese from Christmas and chutney, bag of fudge, thats it, Christmas was nearly 5 months ago..

Everything that I/my daughter have received have always been spot on. I have had to phone a couple of times, the queries I had were dealt with promptly. Definitely recommend The Chuckling Cheese Company

Lauren at the metrocentre gives great customer service .such a friendly staff member we always have a bit chat 10 /10 lauren ! She knows what i like in cheeses not forgetting my pork scratching .

Having chased, the order actually arrived as agreed which is brilliant. Leaving off a star because I believe without the chase this would not have happened. Great gift idea and was very well received.

Unfortunately I should have trusted the known issue concerning delivery times. I placed an order as a birthday gift and its not going to arrive on time. Customer services whilst responsive, do not seem to care that they won't be honouring a date offered and selected. What good is a birthday gift that arrives late, regardless of whether its a nice one or not. Very disappointed.

Everything about this website is wonderful.
Even down to the delivery. The cheese is out of this world. At 1st I ordered as a gift for my wife as she adores cheese but now I order for both of us.

Never reply there emails, barrel cheese is nice but I find wax ones taste of wax.
Have put an order through for barrel cheese but no reply on changing delivery date as no one will be home, oh well let’s see what happens

The cheese is nice but I'm a bit disappointed in the customer service.
I missed adding my free item at checkout and emailed to ask for it but...computer says no! Too bad! You can't add it later!!

I ordered a mystery box as a gift and wow! It arrived today. It had 4 Cheese Barrels, 4 Cheese Truckles plus a Santa's Boot Cheese, 4 little Chutneys, pack of Munchies and a bottle of Ale. Fantastic value for so many goodies.
I'll be honest a couple of Cheese's stayed with me

I’ve had cheeses & a few beers before, this time I took advantage of truckle and chutney offer. Absolutely amazing, great tasting cheese and the chutney was super tangy. Obviously added some beers and I was sorted. Delivery was on time and enjoyed a couple of great nights in. Absolutely wonderful.

Just such quality truckles, biscuits and chutneys. The flavours are insane, especially the vintage cheddar.

I have bought fudge online from here and it was delicious. However now it seems that you cannot buy it online anymore 😕. Unfortunately I am unable to travel to you to buy it in person. Hopefully in the future you may start selling fudge online again.
