It's an acquired taste and I'm not sure I've acquired it fully yet, but I'm getting there. I think of this as medicine and the kefir I follow it with as a nice tangy drink. I have noticed more benefits from the kefir, and faster, taking a dose of the prebiotic every morning before I drink the kefir. My food cravings have gone. My portion control is so much better.
i love this product because it saves me searching for for many diverse ingredients to keep my gut healthy.
