Very powerful! I've found I've had to reduce the dose as this works so well.
I really didn’t know what to expect from this. I understood the science but the taste is hard to define - it is unique; an acquired taste, but not unpleasant - it’s just different. I’m building up to taking it every day - and will succeed !
Still not 100% sure on this, but as part of the recommended course of items it must be what my little biome needs! Tastes unusual, and turns all your smoothies a light muddy colour, but apart from that not bad.

Taken with the probiotic,I’m feeling more energetic and generally well.
This has been a challenge to take but I am used to it now and feel better for it.
