I had put in the wrong delivery date…
I had put in the wrong delivery date and Chummys was kind enough to make the ammendments and accommodate the changes in date and time. Their responses to my queries came in super fast!

I ordered to be delivered for my son…
I ordered to be delivered for my son for Easter. I ordered via a calendar ( you choose your date) which I chose 3rd April.
No delivery? So I look at the confirmation which lone behold says the 10th April!!!! Not the date I have chosen????? I then placed another order for after the Easter ( which again I chose as the 8th April) now this is due to be delivered before my order??? WTF ? Why when I wanted something for Easter I chose my date 3rd April be changed to the 10th???
Emailed now twice with no response. I could have ordered somewhere else which I will in future! Your ordering system does not work as your email response!!!!
So I have had a response and it seems I was wrong???? I cannot prove otherwise. Why on earth would I place my order on the 1sr April to order for the 10th?! I know what date I chose!!
The bakery have been in touch since this review and have kindly refunded the delivery costs, I am still absolutely convinced I chose the date but cannot prove otherwise. The bakery has apologised for any confusion. I can do no more than accept.
I’m sure the baked goods will be lovely once they arrive.

Issue with delivery but eventually sorted
Ordered Easter brownies as a treat for my son – unfortunately it wasn't delivered. Although I then redirected the delivery to a nearby post office, it didn't arrive until the day after it was supposed to. It was a bit tricky getting hold of Chummys (I did email and also left a voicemail). They did however respond later to say they were refunding the delivery cost.

I ordered a box of brownies for a gift and I messed up the address. Chummy's sorted it straight away. My friend loved the brownies so much she ordered 30 for a party she was having.

Absolutely amazing customer experience
I ordered cup cakes for my niece's birthday and on checking the order the day before her birthday I realised that I'd selected the wrong delivery date and they weren't going to be delivered for another week! Argh! As it was literally the day before, I contacted Chummys feeling quite gutted and to ask if they could bring the delivery forward as much as they could to get them to her as close to her birthday as possible. I honestly didn't think for a moment they would be able to get them to her in time but to my amazement they were totally cool about it and said they could still deliver them the next day. Absolutely amazing! I was over the moon and the cakes were duly delivered and my niece loved them.
There aren't many companies who will deliver the next day just like that, especially when the mistake was mine, and I was blown away by this fabulous customer service.
So not only are Chummys extremely gorgeous goodies, they also have a brilliant team and logistics behind the scene. I've ordered from them a few times now and the cakes and brownies are yummy. Bravo Chummys!

Great brownies for my friend who is housebound whilst recovering from surgery on both of his feet! He says the brownies “look and smell absolutely amazing”. Customer service team is fantastic. Highly recommend and I will buy from them again in future.
