I pre-ordered their Valentine's brownie box as a surprise for my partner. I ordered in advance, selected the 13th February for delivery and it was easy to do. I was consistently kept updated on the order status to be reassured that it would be delivered when I requested. The brownies were incredible, well packaged and a gift that went down very well! Would recommend for any fellow foodies!

Taste, quality and service.

I ordered brownies as a birthday gift and placed the order a week in advance to ensure there was plenty of time for delivery. On the day they were due to arrive, I was informed that the order had been delayed, with no further updates available.

It’s extremely disappointing to be offered the option to choose a delivery date when the service cannot meet it, especially when using a carrier that appears unable to deliver on time. This completely defeats the purpose of scheduling a gift in advance.

Have ordered the bronuts many times and given to family as gifts- they always comments on how they are the best they’ve tasted. Gave the brownies as a gift now too and they were enjoyed just as much
