Extremely Disappointing Experience
I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with CIBT while applying for my visa. From the beginning, the process was plagued with delays that seemed deliberate, lack of transparency, and poor customer service.
First and foremost, the cost was outrageously high, and there were numerous hidden charges that were not disclosed upfront. What initially seemed like a straightforward process quickly turned into an expensive and stressful ordeal. Every step of the way, I felt like I was being charged extra for services that should have been included in the original fee.
In addition to the pricing issues, customer service was absolutely terrible. I had to make countless follow-up calls just to speak with someone knowledgeable about my application. Every time I called, I was either redirected multiple times or left waiting with no resolution. Despite repeated assurances that someone would get back to me, I never received a single callback. The lack of communication and professionalism made the process even more frustrating.
What should have been a smooth visa application process turned into a nightmare due to CIBT’s inefficiency, hidden fees, and unresponsive support team. I strongly advise against using their services. If you value your time and money, look for an alternative visa service that is transparent, responsive, and reliable.
I would never use CIBT again and do not recommend them to anyone!
