I have used this company on more than one Canary Island and have found them to be outstanding. When booking on line I no longer use comparison sites because most other companies start with a price that increases as essentials are added. CICAR starts with a price and ends with the same price with no excess and fuss-free pick up and return. A bit more rushed at the airport understandably.

Was using CICAR in Fuerteventura few times and I liked this company,but last time in December it was really awful experience. Received less than half tank of fuel .The car was different than I ordered and eating lots of fuel.The car had lots of scratches and dents hovewer after report of the issues I was informed it is new car and I should not be worry about anything as I did purchased full comprehensive insurance! They ask me to return the car with the same amount of fuel in the tank or put full then refund will be made. I did return the car with full tank ,clean and in the same condition.Overall the people in customer service was impolite when I was returning the car. I ask for fuel policy and make sure no additional charges will be made as I mentioned the car had scratches and dents. No refund for fuel has been made.Very disappointed !!!!

Si buscas alquilar un coche en Tenerife, no busques más, mejor trato que en la oficina del Puerto de la Cruz no vas a encontrar. Recomendable al 100%.

Have rented from Cicar, Las Palmas, 3-4 times before. Everytime a good experience. This time they tried to charge 38€ for a 34€-car. They had only a few cars left that day, and was up to find someone willing to pay. But that someone was not me.

The best rent-a-car company I have ever hired! A total-covered insurance and a second driver are included in all the prizes published on the web, so you know exactly how many your trip is going to be. The cars are perfect and the staff is really nice. I totally recommend it.

La mejor empresa de alquiler de coches que conozco. Sus precios incluyen el seguro a todo riesgo y un segundo conductor, con lo que tienes claro lo que te va a costar desde un primer momento, sin que te intenten vender otros productos y servicios volviéndote loco en el último momento.
Los coches están en perfecto estado y el personal es encantador. La recomiendo sin lugar a duda
