Speedy delivery on custom sizes . Great quality

Ordered colour swatches. So glad I got the swatches as despite being exactly the same colour as the advertised picture, when placed next to other colours we had we could see it did not look as good as we thought it would so ordered in other colours and found a perfect match.

This dress is absolutely beautiful. Delivery was fast. The slit does go all the way to the waist so I had a minor adjustment made to cover to the thigh but if you can sew or don't mind the slit being so hight it's not a problem. But the flowers are beautiful and they are 3D. The whole dress is just stunning. My pictures won't do it justice

Beautifully designed and made outfit.

After my last one star review of Cincinia, I received an offer from them of half the price/ cost of my purchase minus the tax, and I could keep the dress that didn't fit. Well only part compensation. I could see I wouldn't get any better. Cincinia are just wasting my time with their non return policy, pretending to be a UK company. So it's still a one star from me. Avoid trading with them.

Returns policy is completely inaccurate. Basically you can’t return your goods because it would cost too much and take a very long time. That’s if they would even receive it back the company said. They offered me a 50% refund instead of the item which wasn’t ideal.

The dress arrived and is a good quality and like the photo but did not fit . I could not get a refund and it was about 10 emails back and forward and then it was we can give you half a refund cause the cost to ship will be 30 pounds to China .
The process was a nightmare

I wanted to return a dress. I was told to initally to keep the dress as it would probably get lost in the post as the factory is in china and there would be custom charges. They also offered me £20 refund.

This was not set out on their refund policy, no mention of it at all. I then had to bargarin them to increase there refund to 50%.

I was disappointed that I had to try and bargarin for some refund. This information was not stated in their refund policy

Amazing quality for the price. Bought two different dress in terracotta and both were true to colour on website. Delivery was very quick considering one was custom made and fitted perfectly. Would definitely recommend. Had to contact Customer Services with an error on my part with the measurements and they responded immediately.

Absolute scammers
They are trying to say I can't have a refund and they are reporting my card for fraud as I challenged them on their advise for posting it back reported to bank to get charge back and also reported to action fraud and trading standards

Dress looks ok, but not the same as on photo. Embroidery different and fabric slightly different. Over all not bad quolity. I wish they would sell advertised dress even if would be more expensive.

What a excellent company,My outfit was just what I was looking for a black 3 piece pant suit,I am so pleased with it,well made,good qaulity fabric,and a great price,I had it custom made as you have the choice when ordering,Its so worth it,to make sure it fits perfectly for the occassion,I had to contact the Customer service team,for a little issue but that was rectified so quickly,extremly helpfull,and delivered in plenty of time for my daughters wedding,even thou i only ordered just a few weeks before her big day,Thank you so much,to all the team,first class service.

I could not rate you higher! I had been looking for an outfit for my daughter's wedding, found you, gave you not a lot of notice, sent you my measurements and my beautiful outfit arrived. I had so many compliments on the day - I cannot thank you enough

They need to change their returns policy. They made it very difficult for me to return my purchase just because it wasn’t suitable for me. My advice to anyone buying from this site would be don’t do it unless you are certain you will not want to return it.
