My dog loves this food and delivery is seamless. Good value as no waste

Excellent service as always

My overall experience with this company has been good. I normally order Top Drawer wet food, furry rabbit ears and happy go lightly dry food. My dog loves the food. Delivery is excellent and I don't have a problem with DPD, I always know when it's coming, so I can leave the porch open and the driver leaves the box in there for me.

I have had an issue with the wet food though, where the tray hasn't been totally full when first opening - I reported this issue on 15.09.25 (this was the old supplier of food) and again today (the newer supplier). There have been a few occasions where I have opened the tray and it's not been completely full, but these 2 occasions I've reported the trays (with photos) have been particularly bad. I am going to wait and see what CI come back with on this latest report and this will depend on whether I order any more wet food from this company. The issue with the wet food is the reason why I have given 4 stars and not 5.

I’ve been ordering from Ci-really good dog food now for over two years. They have an easy to use website, deliveries are always quick and their communications are always great too. All round fantastic company and I wouldn’t get my dogs food from anywhere else!

The order always arrives really quickly and my dog just loves the food. Its important to me knowing what I give my dog is good for them and will keep them fit and healthy which is why I choose CI.

I've been using this food for a while now and its been great. My dog who was fairly fussy and was having troubles with weight among other things got on very well with it. Delivery is always super quick - sometimes as quick as next day if I get the order in early enough. Dog is always there for the unboxing hoping to get a second lunch and of course make off with the free toy as quick as possible

Great food, fast delivery, although there was one occasion where the incorrect item was sent and delivered.
The label and packaging was correct, but the contents were wrong.
Dog still enjoyed it, but not great if you buy 1 product possible for health/allergies, and get something different.

The quality of the dog food at Ci is amazing. Our pet Gundogs look so shiny and healthy all year round. Even our fussy eater always finishes every meal since switching to Ci.
In addition to the great quality, the care the genuine care they take and thoughtfulness with customers is evident. Highly recommend this business in every way.

Thank you to CI Dog Food who sent a very generous sized sample of food to try. I was hoping to find a good quality dog food that was low in fat and not too high in protein to help with my dog's reflux and I came across this Company. My dog absolutely loves the Happy Go Lightly and Tickety Boo in Turkey, and it seems to be helping with his reflux, so I will continue to order. Thank you for the freebie soft dog toy too, which was a lovely surprise. Very speedy delivery and helpful staff.

I’ve been purchasing the Tickety Boo dog food range for almost 3 years now and my dog still enjoys eating it. I am very happy with the service I receive from the Ci dog company, their deliveries are very prompt, usually next day, their products are high quality and they give good value for money. Best of all, my dog enjoys the food and he always loves the free dog toy. Highly recommend this company.

My dog has allergies and other medical conditions but luckily really enjoys this food! Customer services are also really excellent!Gave it 4 stars, only because, I wish the protein percentage was slightly lower. There are other foods by CI that have lower protein but they have a higher fat content which wouldn’t suit my dog.

Excellent quality dog food offered in a good choice of varieties. Always very helpful should you contact them for advice. We have been a regular customer for many years and ouir doggie just loves their food. The bonus of course they also offer bulk buys.

The friendly, courteous and knowledgeable help we were given when we first approached Ci by phone. Then the fact that we were given a trial pack which was successful further enhanced our trust in the product. The fact that they sign the invoice with a personal thank you for using the product is refreshing and feels good.
We have further recommended the product to some of our friends who have also been pleased with the results. The dogs all love the food and their tummies are settled on it.

Excellent company!!! Contacted these guys as Ive been trying to get my dogs weight down for a very long time due to steroids. Very knowledgeable and very kindly sent me a super box full of samples to try before buying. My very fussy dogs love the different flavours of kibble. Put my overweight boy on the Peptide biscuits for weight management ...He's doing so well and lost half a kilo in around 6 weeks. Ive been battling with his weight for the last 4yrs! Hes been on vet pescribed food for this reason which I'm now thinking was just a complete waste of money ...Also when my order arrived they very kindly put a toy in there. Recommended this shop to every dog owner I know without any hesitation. Would like to take this time to thank Peta for all your help and knowledge for a healthy diet for my boys. Thank you ever so much ... My now 'go to' for dog food!
