Exceeded Expectations

Exceeded Expectations

I’ll be honest and admit that I was rather leery about placing an order when I saw all of the other horror stories. I had zero issues with my order: it arrived on-time and the cigars were in good shape. Now, I bought a box of H99s, and they were sealed. So, that probably eliminated most of the risk of any issues with the actual cigars, but here we are. I will use them again and update this review if anything goes awry.

Stay away from this shop

Never experienced anything worse. Completely unprofessional. Placed a order 16h of january and it suppose to be a express delivery. It's already 20th Feb and package is still stuck at the custom because they didn't have the necessary stamps and duties paid on their end. Trying to contact them and there is no reaction at all. Stay away from cigarcountry.com if you don't wanna waste your time and money.

Terrible company to deal with

Terrible company to deal with. I’ve been buying cigars for the past 20 years and this is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I saw that they had the Arturo Fuente Rare Pink which are very difficult to fine. I ordered a box and it arrived ok. I always keep my cigars in the box in the humidor for 1 - 3 months. After about 6 weeks, I decided to try one. It lite up ok but when I got to the ring and tried to take the ring off, the wrapper came with it. I thought, that’s not good but maybe it was just that one. Wrong, after having the same problem with about 5 of the cigars I called them. They stated that it’s been longer than 30 days and there’s nothing they can do about it. I even sent them a video of the wrapper coming off, but no luck. I’m guessing that this company sells seconds. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. This was the only time I ordered from them and is also the last time. Can’t deal with a company that doesn’t stand behind their product. There are too many other companies that sell much better products

I see they provide Terrible Service…

I see they provide Terrible Service with others too! Well, guess what, the same here. I’ve ordered a Box La Flor Dominicans 700 Maduro Cigars and when I’ve received my order, the Cigars were all Molded and i’ve sent them an email stating the problem back in early November and I explained to them I want a refund and I’ll return the cigars. However, they never sent me a return label and they made excuses of issues with their delivery method to get a return label and they closed my trouble ticket saying everything was settled. Well nothing was settled. They’re insisting that unfortunately that’s all they can do. They may no additional effort to try to resolve this, and I will never make a purchase from them again.
There are other good vendors out there that do great business.

Absolutely the worst company to deal…

Absolutely the worst company to deal with I had one experience ordered cigars that I like and it was very short and that description was not specific about the the size of the cigar and for last two weeks to try to exchange or return. They said our shipping department computers are down and we cannot issue a return label. They’re a very big liars . I just happened to look at the reviews now saying the same thing I’m experiencing it.

It's 9 days and I haven't received my…

It's 9 days and I haven't received my order. They also add a $10, non removable cigar protection fee which I don't like. There canned response is that they are stuck in customs. Stay away! I can get whatever they have at cigarpage, Fox Cigar, Neptune's, etc, etc

UPS can't provide any information on…

UPS can't provide any information on the package and the customer service is ridiculously poor. Called two weeks ago and told me delivery last Thursday or Friday. It didn't come. Now they have no idea. They read me the information back that UPS was providing. Completely incompetent staff there and nobody I know will ever order from there again. Currently they want me to return the package that I can't get to get a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

An absolute horrible experience

An absolute horrible experience. I ordered cigars June 28th and paid expedited shipping 2 weeks in advance for my wedding which was on 7/12/25. The cigars JUST delivered TODAY 8/5/25. Over a month it took after calling and emailing repeatedly to try and find out where these cigars were in time for my wedding day which they never arrived. I told them to CANCEL the order countless times and refund me which they refuse to do until the package delivers and then I have my mail it back.

Expensive lighter (Xikar) doesn’t work well at all.

Expensive lighter (Xikar) difficult to get a steady flame, right out of the box. The lighter was a gift so I contacted them a few days after the 30 day mark. CC refused to repair or replace. The lighter was the tabletop butane, $108 one. Poor quality lighter, and crappy service from CC. Stuck with a lighter than takes 20-30 clicks to even light a cigar.
