The ciggiesworld.ch send the cigarettes from indonesia. The quality is good.
When you live inside Europe the bordersecurity wil open each pakkage wich comes from outside of Europe.

I placed an order for 20 boxes cigarettes.
They send me 2 pakkages with each 10 boxes. I recieved also 2 trackingnumbers.
One of the two pakkages i already received.

After a few days i get a letter from the borderpolice that they found medication in my pakkage. It is illegal to get them outside from europe. This was just a warning message. They write in the letter that they destroyed the pakkage with my trackingnumber.
Now i payed €10,00 for each box of sigarettes.

I send a copy from that letter to Ciggiesworld and asked my money back. I’ll let you know what they do with my revieuw.

I smoke very slowly now so i can enjoy very long time from each sigarette. 😫

I feel very uneasy about this website. The domain seems to fluctuate between .com and .ch. I was unable to access the website after I placed the order because it "was down". I received a tracking number that doesn't work. Furthermore, I was sent instructions how to transfer funds online. They emailed me the verification question and the answer. That should be specified by the sender, not the recipient! Buyer beware!

I recieved the best help with my shipping errors (usps errors not ciggiesworld) and they helped me in a very timely manner and I was very pleased to have finally recieved my package filled with all of these different flavors and cigs that I haven’t tried before! I will definitely be ordering again

All 7 packs arrived in perfect condition, tracking was accurate. Took about 2 weeks to get to California. Great service!

I have ordered 4 cartons so far as and I have only had to pay excise on 2 of them. It still works out cheaper anyway. Marlboro gold is my favourite and far superior taste to what I can obtain in Australia. Thank you and I recommend your product to anyone. They are honest and explained that this might happen.

This is a great website for buying cigarettes. I have always been a fan of clove and flavoured cigarettes and this company if quick with delivery, helpful with customer service and all round easy to deal with. I have ordered a few times now from them and have always been surprised with quick delivery and cheap prices.

The website is simple and they offer a discount if you pay with an electronic transfer. While usually this seems sketchy, I was referred by a friend and she had said she had no problems.

I had also made a mistake when inputting the address and there was a street name missing. However, the company worked with me to update the shipping information even after the label had been created and was shipped out.

The only minor gripe I had was that the website doesn't disclose clearly that any large orders that would require multiple shipments are staggered, which means that the packages arrive about 2 weeks apart from each other.

Why dose it not have an option for Australia as a country when I go to order yet i can see comments people are able too?

These people are legit and won't rob you. The packaging is just as it is online and they are authentic smokes. Please be patient with delivery. It takes a long time to clear customs. Just ordered again for the 2nd time

Great company for cigarettes I`ve ordered many times over the years with very few problems be careful and place small orders if ordering from the UK though. most my orders got through no problem but customs seized 2 of my orders 1 about a year ago and 1 just. I still saved more money than I lost tho so it was still worth it.
