Your packages WILL get seized. I placed my order in January 5th and haven't received anything 68 days later.
Rated 5 stars as shipping was prompt and left the country on time - communication was also excellent - no fault of CiggiesWorld that customs seized the package.

TOBACCO WILL BE SEIZED AT AUSTRALIA BORDER
Every pack I ordered was seized at the Australian border. I have given 5 stars because ordering was easy, payment was easy and orders were sent and on time. Its just that they were seized at it is of no fault to Ciggiesworld.

I was cautious about ordering from CiggiesWorld; the reviews were stellar and they had something I really wanted.

The selection was amazing, the ordering process was quick, payment was easy, and shipping was faster than estimated. Customer service was prompt and kind.

I plan to order from them again soon, and they have a customer for life!

Hey everyone from Canada i need your help!!!!
i ordered from Ciggies World (my order is not shipped yet). I bought clove cigarettes that are going to be shipped from Indonesia. I live in the province of Quebec in Canada.

Update

i reached out to Jeff who gives excellent customer care about that and he held off my order and gave me a link about Canada trade agreements. Canada does not have a trade agreement with Indonesia yet so i asked him to cancel my order and to get a reimbursement. Of course for Canadians who don’t mind paying duties border taxes + province taxes go right ahead and buy!!!!

I ordered 2 Marlboro Reds and 1 Camel Non filter. They were both in excellent condition and 2 of the best smokes i've ever had. My delivery was delayed due to a flooding in Jakarta but Ciggiesworld was open about this and ready to answer any questions I had.

I order rolling tobacco for a friend in New Zealand as he much prefers the CiggiesWorld product to the commercial brands and as a non-smoker I reckon they smell a lot nicer too. Two of my eight orders have been stopped by customs.

Is it wise to order 10 packs of cigarettes from CiggiesWorld to Australia, how likely they can be seized at customs...? Is anyone was lucky to have the delivery in Australia ?

I bought "Dunhill" for my friend, he smoked these cigarettes long time ago, he was so happy to smoke them again, good quality.

Legitimate seller. Great customer service. Shipping took 3 weeks to Canada without any issues. People who are getting taxed don't know to order Imao.

Fast shipping, flexible payment options, and a smorgasbord of cigarette choices that I didn't even know existed.

Having ordered a wide variety of items off their website multiple times. Even dealt with lost packages that just didn't quite make it to my home. Contacted customer service and they were more than happy to help with re-shipment. And just when one think it couldn't get any worse.... the re-shipment had to be re-shipped again but with added bonuses.

Although some of the products seem to be lighter than I thought but hey it's always a great place to stop to try new things or just keep buying my go-to products :)

Definitely recommend everyone that wants a good source of tobacco from South East Asia to try this place.

Ciggiesworld offers a variety of cigarettes from all over the world. I have made three orders and had no issues. The customer service is great! They reply emails very fast.

However if you are ordering from Canada DO NOT try your luck picking "concealed" shipping method. It's gonna save you a huge amount of headache. Your cigarettes are still likely be taxed and it's gonna take forever to receive the delivery notice with tax invoice. (took a month for my last order) With tracked method you will also get taxed but at least you know where your package is.

I have been extremely satisfied doing business with CiggiesWorld. They always provide excellent customer service & communication about my orders, and process the orders to ensure very fast deliveries. In my opinion they go out of their way to make their customers happy. I highly recommend them!
