This is my second time ordering from cigspot and they are top notch. From start to finish the customer service is excellent and they always get back to your questions ASAP. Shipping took a little longer this time but in the end I knew the order would come. I am so happy with cigspot I will always recommend highly!

Faster delivery than any other comparable site

I thought I was getting what was pictured Marlboro light 100’s (gold). What I received said Marlboro Gold on the packaging, but when I opened them up, they were anything but what I thought I was ordering. If they had been the ones pictured, they would have had a white filter. The ones I got have a different packaging, brown filter, are thinner, and burn way faster. The first couple of puffs taste ok, but after that…yuck! Plus, I just recently saw the ones they sent me at a local store for a lot less than what I paid.
I contacted Henry and he said that I couldn’t return them, but would reach out to other customers and I could possibly the unopened ones to them. I don’t expect that to happen since I don’t see anyone paying more for a lesser quality product.
So I’m stuck with 47 packs (I gave a couple away) and out $300. Not happy at all about that. They are so bad I can’t even use them as a backup emergency cigarette when I’m too lazy or tired to go to the store.
On a positive note, they shipped way faster than I expected and Henry did return my message pretty quickly, which is why I gave 2 stars instead of just 1.

In response to Henry’s response.
He says they are what I ordered, but they aren’t what was pictured. They also Do Not have the Phillip Morris logo which is on everything they sell and in every country.

Proper delivery, affordable price/quality and a proper customer service is all you need. Cigsspot got it all and has gotten a satisfied customer. Maybe you’ll be next…

I order European cigarettes that I cannot find in the US.

2 years ago, my order was stuck in customs, and it took a while to get it.

But this time, I got my order pretty quickly!

Ordered 2 packs somewhere in November never recieved them. Tracking doesn't show customs took it. I never recieved anything so their carrier must have lost it or they did something shady. Whenever I tried confronting them they start ghosting my emails, but they are still actively trying to mail me to buy more... very annoying

Edit: I have proof that they ghosted my emails so idk what that response is kind off weak. If people look up the 1 star reviews on here I think they will have a clear mind about shopping here and choose to stay away. I haven't been the only one apparently... guys do your reseach instead of spending over 100 euros for nothing.

ordered from them few months ago and had no issue with delivery. ordered a bigger order this time and hopefully it will arrive fast and no issues. will keep updating, but so far good website to order from .

update: I just got my package. very happy with the order. it took a bit longer than expected but thats not their fault. they actually sent me an extra cartoon.
they always respond to my questions and very nice people.
I do recommend them, very nice and honest people.

They take about 2 weeks to receive & You only pay about 1/2 the price and they are actually Marlboro cigarettes. They taste great and the only difference that I can tell is the paper on the cigarettes are a lil thinner then USA cigarettes and that don’t change the taste of them. Anytime I have a question IT’s answered right away. All in all definitely get them if you want Marlboro cigarettes and pay half the price.

I was worried about purchasing cigarettes overseas. My first purchase was with my credit card so if something went wrong I could file a claim. I was very impressed with the processing and delivery and my cigarettes arrived in about 3 weeks. Because there is such a high added cost to using the credit card, I decided next time to just go ahead and sign up with Wise so I could just transfer money through the bank.
No issues and no worries! It's always nerve-racking to place orders like this to a company overseas. However, my experiences to date have been uneventful and complete.
Everything arrives extremely well packaged. The biggest delay I have appears to be once it gets to the states, most notably once it makes it to Illinois. It can sit there for quite a while. This has nothing to do with this vendor.
I highly recommend this company for all your tobacco needs. It's a savings for me of about 50%.

I have not received my package yet and it’s been about 6 months not sure what happened here , every time I track it’s always in transit .
