I purchased here already third time. They sent my order in 1 month (it's easy to understand reasons). But delivery was super quick - just 10 days to The Netherlands. I'm very glad. Reasonable price. Support is extremely quick and helpful. Highly recommend this service!

I am leaving this review as insurance incase this isn't addressed.

This is my first time using this company. Seemed highly regarded, so decided after weeks of hesitation to finally try.

The checkout was smooth. They accepted Paypal which was nice, though they charged me for the fees which is against Paypal's terms and conditions. Also, a red flag.

They then took over two weeks to ship my order, which I would argue is excessive, even with someone fairly patient such as myself.

After finally shipping my order and giving me a tracking number, they give me a tracking number that is en route to Great Britain. I am in USA, as stated on my address in my account I created with them.

This place is majorly suspect, and I am beginning to regret my purchase. I will allow them a day or two to remedy this and show proof of the remedy. After that, I will be pursuing a chargeback through Paypal.

Update 1: They have fixed the tracking issue. They claim it was a screw-up on the shipping company's end. But the communication has been positive and helpful thus far. Assuming my package arrives at my door step, and in a timely manner, I may update the score of the review.

Update 2: I have received the cigarettes. They sent me the extra free carton which was nice, but they sent the wrong one. They refuse to make up for this unless I order another shipment. Extremely anti consumer.

The smokes taste of low quality. Very bitter and drying my mouth out. My gut tells me they are expired/old. But unsure. The date on the bottom of the packs may be a sell by date, or a manufactured date. Currently trying to figure this out.

Update 3: the company claims the date is the manufacture date.

Final thoughts: I sort of got what I ordered. But it was a long, and tedious process. In the end, I got what I wanted, and the cigarettes were okay. They take some getting used to.

UPDATE 4: I was offered another free carton on a 2nd order so I decided to risk it. Everything went as planned. Support was helpful, and they shipped fairly quickly compared to last time. Cigs are good quality!

Ordering was easy and secure, product arrived in Florida USA in 5 weeks, very well packed and in good condition. Customer service is excellent.

dislike : slow shipping and missing usa states eg?arizona making it a little shaky for customers trying to add a missing state via notes.

Arrived within 2 weeks of ordering to the US without any issues.

My first order which was over 300.00 and their PayPal wasn't working correctly. They will send the product without payment. Arrived in about 2.5 weeks. They did get PayPal working correctly and sent me an invoice which I paid but gosh how many companies send you the product without payment. Great service

I have ordered several times through Cigsspot, every time I get my package delivered in good condition and ahead of the projected time frame. The smokes I get (Marlboro 100s) are made in Eastern Europe I believe, so they are a little lighter than the American ones, but for the price it can't be beat, and Henery is always checking to make sure I am satisfied with my purchase, so customer service is also top notch

Worst experience ever buying cigarettes online.

the cigarettes come from kazakhstan. Kazakhstan is used as a transit route from russia these days. So all packages from this country are checked. I would not buy from cigsspot, they do not give money back if your package is confiscated. Probably they make no effort to make the package secure and it is even clear tape so you can see the cigarettes.

In addition, it took three weeks for the package to be shipped and no communication from Henry.

Customer service is very helpful and always in touch.

It took nearly 3 months for me to get my purchase. When they arrive, I did not receive my additional carton and no chocolate.

Edit: when you send me an email saying to add a certain phrase in the comments of my order for a free carton, then wait 3 months for that order to arrive (1/4 of a year) then don't get the free carton..... then ask me to leave a review and you tell me I'm wrong even though YOU didn't keep up your end of the bargin, I get upset fyi. Don't tell me that you meant for the next round when I added the phrase you told me to add to my order. Not okay. The free carton was meant for this order cause I received an email prior to ordering to add that phrase. Uour promise to add a free carton my next order wasn't even what I was complaining about. I was complaining about my INCOMPLETE ORDER THAT TOOK 1/4 OF A YEAR!

Look at order 65399, you will see the phrase on it. I just looked. You c ould do some reviewing before you respond. I ordered 5 cartons. Put in the phrase for a free carton in comments per YOUR instructions, meaning I should have received 6 cartons, but I received 5.
