Above and beyond!

I recently purchased a car through Cinch and wanted to highlight the exceptional service I received from Sash (Sanusi).

Very poor service

Getting in touch with cinch’s aftercare is a big issue if you have problems after buying from them they don’t answer any phone calls not like when your buying they are extremely quick to answer your phone calls then they don’t even respond back to emails just a automated response I have sent a few emails with photos for evidence of a emission failure that first occurred 3 weeks after receiving the vehicle from them they sent there mobile mechanic out who just reset the issue now the fault has returned for third time I have had to put the car in to the garage to be looked at this is getting to be a very expensive problem that is the responsibility of cinch to put right But they don’t want to know just keep ignoring so now I have had to get in touch with the Motor ombudsman let’s see what happens now.. if I could give no star rating that would still be to good stay well clear not worth all the problems and stress

Don't be put off - everyone has a different experience!

Seeing the reviews, I was very reluctant to buy a car from cinch. However the staff were fantastic, the car was brilliant and I found it a very easy process. I recommend paying £10 for a car check online to see if there are any previous issues with the car. Car was handed over in fab condition (no issues yet). The WhatsApp chat is also very useful and you get quick replies. Thanks again!

I was most impressed with Cinch's repair process. My front sensors kept telling me they needed cleaning. Only downside private number plates despite advising them I was retaining it I still had 3 communications about it
Delivery to home expensive as they still had to bring it from location and home address was not that far from local dealer

I’ve had my car 3 months and 1 week…

I’ve had my car 3 months and 1 week when the wet belt snapped!! Now i have extended warranty but they say its down to cinch as they sold me a faulty car! Cinch are claiming they aren't at fault as THEIR recommended guidelines is that it needs to be replaced at 64000 miles and it just so happens my car is on 64000 miles although vauxhall clearly state it should be changed at 60000 miles what the car was over that when i bought the car! Consumers rights act 2015 also states the car dealer is at fault if it snaps within 6 months of purchase!!! We have been dealing with awful customer services at cinch who are still currently refusing to fix it! Incredibly rude staff….. It has now started to take its toll on my mental health not being able to get to places feeling very isolated, financial worry over constant bus prices and after school care for my daughter! This company are disgusting, will use any excuse to get out of fixing a problem that was clearly there when they sold the car! They are selling non road worthy vehicles!!! Absolutely heart broken to spend so much money on a car to last 3 months and 1 week (it just so happens there warranty only covers 3 months!)

Vehicle Condition Didn’t Match the Advert

Cinch has a large selection of vehicles available, and their prices appear competitive. I found a car that looked great in the photos, matched the description provided, and was attractively priced. The 14-day money-back guarantee also gave me some confidence when purchasing.

However, my experience was disappointing once I viewed the car in person. After travelling to collect it, I discovered that the driver’s seat was ripped and damaged, something that was not mentioned in the advert or visible in the photos. As the car was being sold by a dealer and came with a 3-month warranty, I expected this issue to be repaired.

I decided to proceed with the purchase, but after only 10 minutes of driving, the tyre pressure warning light came on for both rear tyres. While the warranty covered the tyre-related issue, I was informed that the ripped and deformed driver’s seat was considered “normal wear and tear” and therefore not covered.

As a result, I have had to pay privately to have the seat repaired. While I appreciate the range of vehicles and competitive pricing, I feel the vehicle description was not fully accurate, and the handling of the seat issue was disappointing.
