I have just bought a car from Cinch

I have just bought a car from Cinch, and cannot fault them during the whole process. From the initial enquiry with Sam, it was an efficien, professional and a very positive experience. Any minor hitches were dealt with promptly, and the whole purchase was supervised by Mario, who is a fund of all knowledge. Super easy process

Taycan sold with over 55 faults

Shocking experience, the car came with damaged to the bodywork and wheels. They claimed it had run flats and that was the reason the tyre repair kit was missing. Worst is the car reported 55 faults when connected to a professional diagnostic system. They refused to have a dealer look at the car. Only positive they refunded in full.

Dealers should be forced to show diagnostic reports on any vehicles they are selling. Especially if it’s an EV

Recently brought a car for our…

Recently brought a car for our daughter, when upon collection they tell you there is a 14 day return policy which is great. What they don't tell you is there's a set mileage of 250 miles over them 14 days if you exceed then there is no return. The customer service department puts pressure on you there and then to score them highly, I'm guessing that's all about bonuses. They need to be more transparent with policies.

Please respond to me

Terrible customer service following issues with car.
Brakes starting squeaking 1 day after collecting car. I contacted cinch as the car has a 3 month warranty. They told me to get a report so that they can send to the technical team. I had the report carried out and all 4 tyres need to be replaced as they are worn and are showing as red on the report.
The listing on cinch said it had a mot and service at the end of March so why was this not sorted then or advised on the listing?!

They are now not responding despite me emailing and calling. I will now have to take further action if I cannot get a response from these people as it is almost not roadworthy and why should I risk an accident when they cannot be bothered to respond.

I just want someone to respond and help me

Martin Worton came and helped me with my car twice. He was great, communicative about the time he’d arrive and great at explaining what was going on with the car. Generally good experience

The vast majority of the experience was excellent. The car is lovely. Except for quite bad scratches on one of the rear windows which weren't visible on any of the website photographs. Just lets the look of an otherwise excellent car down a bit

Car has developed a massive fault a…

Car has developed a massive fault a couple of weeks after purchase must have been present before sale as have barely driven the car so much for Cinch checks! have reported it to Cinch but had no response despite being within 90 day warranty and taken out the extra 12 month warranty which is useless will be on to trading standards but shouldnt have to deal with all this - avoid.

First time using Cinch and overall I’m pretty impressed. I was let down with a car purchase for my wife a few weeks earlier and turned to Cinch. I found a near identical car with low mileage and at a price I was happy with . I made the purchase and the car was delivered to me several weeks later. Easy and straightforward to place an order. A couple of items were missing upon delivery including the tyre repair kit and towing eye. I made cinch aware and a payment was made within a few days. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely use Cinch again.
