No returns accepted! Completely ignorant. Never again! Poor service.

I ordered on 27/11/2015 3 items (2015-3009758) from this online store through a company that does the clearance on the border Germany/Switzerland (which I use for 3 years now and never had any problem). I paid the retail price. Since the cloth did not fit, I had to do a return which the same clearance company took over. Now, the company denies to return me my money pretending that I am a company who has no right to return. So, why did the hell I had to pay the retail price, if I was a company? I should have paid the gross price!! I just lost 350EUR thanks to an ignorant customer service. And this before xmas. Never, ever again!
