Very welcoming and professional! Highly recommend!

I’ve been with Circ Dental for just over a year now. Initially went after being referred by a friend, as I needed emergency surgery following an injury at work. Dr Nick and his team are wizards and I came out with better looking teeth than I had before. An NHS dentist would have done the bare minimum.
The surgery is clean and welcoming with lovely staff on reception. I hadn’t been to a dentist in years before my visit and after my experience, I decided to sign up as a regular patient. I was initially reluctant to go private as a common misconception is that private/cosmetic dentistry is unaffordable and only for rich people and influencers - i signed up to a monthly plan and for the cost of a weeks worth a meal deals every month, i get two dentist and 2 hygienist visits a year for free.
I even signed up my 3 year old for his first dentist visit and he came away from his appointment wanting to go back!
The Mrs has also got the bug and has enquired about their Invisalign offers.
Its refreshing to have an honest dentist too - I’ve had a few issues that the dentist is monitoring and has recommended I actually wait to get done, as they’re not necessary right now - you would have thought a private dentist would be keen to get the work paid for, but Dr Nick puts his patients first.

I’m now over halfway through my Invisalign journey with Nick and his team, and they have exceeded every expectation. The progress so far has been remarkable, and the support, guidance, and reassurance I’ve received at every stage have made the whole experience feel effortless.

Throughout my appointments, Matt took the time to listen to any concerns I might have. Dr Nick is absolutely outstanding. He is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, making sure you understand your options and feel confident about your treatment. What really sets him apart is how genuine and caring he is — you can tell he truly wants the best outcome for his patients. He never makes you feel rushed and always listens carefully to any concerns.

The professionalism of the entire team is second to none. Appointments run smoothly and on time, and the level of care and attention to detail is exceptional. After nearly 15 years away from the dentist 😬 I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Circ Dental. I’m all about loyalty to those who give incredible service, so I highly recommend you give them a go. You won’t regret it.

There was parking available right outside and on entry I was greeted by Jane and Katie who instantly made me feel more comfortable and answered all my questions, even the ones I probably didn’t need to ask 🤦‍♂️

Matt came to get me from the waiting area and was really nice and friendly too, even after I admitted I don’t like dentists 😅. He listened properly to my concerns, gave genuinely helpful advice and with no pressure or sales vibe at all, recommended treatments with my best interest (and finances) at heart. Bev was lovely too. She had such a kind, supportive demeanour and again, made me feel so comfortable.

I really don’t think I can explain how nervous I was about going 😅

Anyway, after choosing to go ahead with one of the recommended treatments, Carrie (the practice manager) made the process crystal clear, answered more of my questions and was just as friendly, welcoming and helpful as everyone else.

Overall, every part of the experience was 10/10. I felt relaxed from start to finish. Definitely a five star team!

Excellent experience at Circ Dental Practice. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Dentist explained everything clearly and reassured me putting me at ease. Treatment was pain free and I was extremely comfortable throughout the procedure. I would highly recommend this practice.

I first visited Circ dental over a year ago to enquire about having some Invisalign work. My partner had had some composite veneers done there and they were really good, so he recommended them. When Matt did some X-rays they found what turned out to be a cyst in my jaw which needed treatment first. Although the treatment took place separately, elsewhere, I’ve visited Circ dental and seen Matt and Nick a few times during the process who have been amazing, so reassuring and thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend them for all dentistry as it’s a completely different experience than going to my old dentist. Looking forward to completing my Invisalign journey now.
